The tour experience was wonderful and the staff were all great. The tour guide was fantastic and really interested in my loved one and trying to find out about her. The thing that really appealed to us was the fact that it was a smaller facility with less residents. It looked like everyone was very friendly and we figured the activities provided would help her integrate into the community. It had a fantastic view and beautiful courtyard. We had mom all signed up but unfortunately she was never able to move in due to her health declining.

This community was great. The tour guide was honest and up front. This community was just too far away for where I wanted my loved one located.

This was a beautiful community but I did not see the interaction with the residents that I was looking for. Beautiful tour but not many residents together or any interactions. There was just another community that I felt my loved one fit in better at.

I would say to place your family member here at this community. The staff have been great and respond to me when there is an issue and it has been great for my family and our loved one.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We chose The Wentworth of WIllow Creek because we were in a time crunch and they were able to take him quickly when we needed it. It seemed a lot more personal when I toured them and they were anxious to fill their empty spots so we did get a good deal as well. My dad did contract covid while he was here. They went above and beyond and moved him to a special facility so he could get extra care and they covered the cost of it and my dad was just fine. They were awesome about the whole situation. Due to covid a lot of normal activities have been limited, but they all know him by name and are all very personal and caring. He has never complained about being here and I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

Our loved one has only been there for a couple of days, and we have had a great experience. The staff are always friendly, easy going. The residents are friendly, down to earth and always saying hi. It is not as newer and nice, but the community is half the cost of our loved ones previous place, and when your not in assisted living but in the retirement section, it is like living in an apartment not a nursing home. The food also always smells really good.

Canyon Creek is a one of kind Senior Living Community that offers, Independent, assisted and memory care. Our experience has been awesome! The caring staff take wonderful care of our Mom, she loves the food, has made great friends and living at Canyon Creek has definitely changed her life. She now finds joy in living. She enjoys purposeful activities, excercise and all the friends she has made there. We find the Community to be clean, the apartments are spacious and the pricing is great value! The management is easy to work with and very accomodating. We highly recommend this Community for Seniors.

I chose this community because when my Grandma first walked in, she lit up. I knew this place would make her the happiest compared to other places we toured. Every time you walk in, everyone is extremely friendly. I have yet to see any negativity from the staff. The woman who gave me the tour was very energetic and knowledgeable. They show that they really care about what they do. All the staff treats my Grandma very well and they’re always around if she needs help. I have nothing bad to say at all about this facility. The food is absolutely perfect. The kitchen is open from 7 AM to 7 PM. I really like that because my Grandma wakes up at 10 AM and she never has to worry about missing breakfast. She will always have a hot breakfast. They serve 3 meals a day with snacks in between. The facility itself is very clean. I absolutely love their courtyard too, it makes it feel homey. There’s a lot of grass with a garden and it’s perfect for the elderly people. The facility also has a lot of activities like board games, annual BBQ’s, car shows in the summer, movie nights, and church mass. I would recommend this community.

We toured this community for care for my mom. The staff was helpful and they answered the questions that we had on the care that is available. They do offer activities and we did like that the community appeared to be clean. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My aunt's stay is going fairly well at Canyon Creek; it is a very good place! The staff are very attentive. Though my aunt cannot participate in too many activities at the moment, there are plenty for her to participate in. The facility was also very affordable and they were willing to work with our budget, which made it stand out to us!

I toured this facility looking for a place for dad. The staff was warm and welcoming. I got random smiles as I went through the building from staff and residents. And they even had bingo going! Was very impressed overall. Would encourage anyone to take a tour. You'll love it :)

I really loved this community. While my uncle was here he was doing really good. The staff was really good at over seeing his health. They refused him soda when he asked, this helped with his sugar limits. I was really satisfied with all they do.

We moved my mother into Golden Living one month ago and have been very pleased. The staff have been very caring, compassionate and friendly. The residents seem happy to be there. The facility is clean and well cared for and has a light and open atmosphere. My mother usually complains about substandard cleaning and food but has not complained since she has been here and actually says most of the food is really good. If the residents don't like what is on the menu they have many other options, including breakfast that is served all day. They do three loads of laundry a week, which has been very helpful. I have witnessed many instances where the staff has gone out of their way to help mom adjust to her new environment. We have found this to be a very affordable place for mom to live. It was a great decision to move her into Golden Living.

Great community, wonderful residents. Rooms are nice and spacious, and reasonably priced. The food looked delicious. Everyone seemed happy and welcoming. Talked to a few of the residents and they said it's a great place to live. and that they stay busy with all of the activities.

[Removed] is the greatest at her job. She is always available to answer questions and I was very impressed with the facility. The food was delicios, and the residents all seemed very happy and welcoming. I found that the staff was very helpful, and willing to attend to the residents needs.

Visited this facility and attended some of their activities. They have a full schedule of activities, which I was very impressed with. The facility is very clean and the staff seemed to go out of their way to help you. The food was delicious, tasted just like restaurant food. The Outreach director did a great job on our tour, and was able to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend Canyon Creek. A Big thumbs up.
