I am on the independent living side so there are no meals, but everything else here is great and I am very happy. I would definitely recommend Haven at Lewisville Lake to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

The Springs at Silverton Staff is amazing, and maintenance is well trained and prompt.

We love how friendly, clean and fun Lakeview is. It's the perfect mix of independence while having activities/ food when you want. The Executive team is responsive and supportive. [name removed] in Sales makes the move-in process seamless. Highly recommend!

What stood out for me was that, each time I visited, the residents all seemed to be really enjoying themselves. They have all sorts of activities, the food is (they all said) great, and my Mom especially enjoyed the gardens.

Staff and residents at Vancouver Pointe are all very friendly and helpful when needed. The apartments and amenities offered are very nice. Full kitchen is a plus and you don't find at all facilities that includes meals.

I’ve been living in Canvas for the past 5 months. Not only it’s a beautiful property but it’s also full of beautiful people. Everyone is really nice and respectful- both management and neighbors. I guess age is the great equalizer. There is a true sense of community. This is not your average building where people come and go. Many residents call Canvas their long term residence. I recommend it without hesitation.

I am planning on moving , to 55 plus community . So, I called Canvas at Valley Forge. The leasing manager [name removed]gave an extensive tour. She showed me many options for floor plans and location of apartments. [name removed] answered all my many questions. I was very impressed with the property and the community that has been build there. The floors plans and amenities exceeded my expectations. Canvas does provide a luxurious 55 + lifestyle.

Our experience with King City Senior Village has been great. It has been a great place for my brother. He really likes the food.

I would recommend. It offers many amenities and is centrally located.

Everyone is friendly and we have scheduled activities with makes the atmosphere very nice. The apartments here are large and roomy.

We visited The Spring at Silverton during an open house occasion. The tour was great; the staff was patient, kind and answered all of our questions. My brother resides in an Independent Cottage, which is just the right size for him. He loves the garage, as he has not yet unpacked everything. Staff and associates recommended utility and internet companies. No pushy sales pitches.

I moved to Haven at Lewisville Lake in October '23. So far, I really enjoy being here. The residents are ALL friendly and get together several times per week. They play games, have social hours, meet and greets, etc. I can't wait for the heated pool to open in April. The area has a covered space with 2 barbeque grills. There is a fantastic walking/riding trail that winds through the community, so my dog is in heaven! I'm in a wheelchair and its refreshing to have a complex with push button handicapped doors. I like it here. I think I'll stay.

I picked this community because of the location. I would recommend to others.

I cannot say enough good things about this retirement living building. The staff members are amazing - they treat their residents like family, and they go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and at home. The facilities are top-notch, with lots of amenities and activities to keep residents engaged and happy. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved ones.

What our family likes the most about the Lakeview Senior Living community is the working staff team as well as the overall value for cost. Based on the experience we have had so far, we have already recommended the Lakeview Senior Living community to other families and will continue to do so.

Having lived in several independent and assisted facilities in this area, Vancouver Pointe rates at the very top Employees are clean, professional, courteous and above all very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make a resident feel at home. The facility is very clean. The food is absolutely excellent with an extensive menu, a daily special that I found is good as any fine restaurant . Apartments are very spacious - with a delightful large kitchen and modern appliances. Lots of activities with lots of enthusiasm. Good Security. I feel very safe in here. The Director is very knowledgeable and friendly. Goes out of her way to help explain or answer questions a resident may have. I am so delighted that I found Vancouver Pointe. Thank you.

Overall service and responses to any issues/questions are positive and timely. The activities are particularly excellent and the friendly nature makes life here most comfortable.

My mom spent her entire life taking care of five kids plus her grandkids. At 75, she is now living a life full of socialization and experiences at Vancouver Pointe!
