This is a much better fit for my loved one. They have fair pricing, very friendly support and maintenance staff, peaceful setting, convenient access to food/grocery. Friendly neighbors.

So much food is served lots of waste on the dinner meals. Staff is very helpful in everyway and pleasant too.

If I could do a 5+ on staff it would be correct! They are very professional and so alert with all the residents and visitors. The only " issue" my father in law has is that they feed him too much! The grounds and the area are well kept with safety a top priority. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

They kept our first month rent and security deposit when on move in day the apt was filled with roaches and my mom would not enter. It was very bad. The lady [name removed] that directs the place did nothing to help my poor grandma get her money back after seeing all those roaches.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, always with a smile on their faces. The food is fantastic. Love the 3rd Sunday of the month family open buffet brunch with mimosas and omelet bar! Apartment sizes are not bad. 700 sq ft for a 2 bdrm. Not huge either though.

It is so bright light with the Dining Room have large windows in and the hall are wide and light They could improve on the meals by making home cooked meals and try not to be so fancy.

We love our apartment now that we finally are Unpacked, and planted flowers and enjoy the view . It’s really lovely. The maintenance staff is so nice and helpful. They have allowed us to work in our yard to make it more inviting.

Staff is always very courteous and helpful. Every time I see others from the apartment they are always have happy greetings. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher are so convenient. There is even front door garbage pickup if needed. I have a one bedroom just for myself and that works out fine.

I love everything about the community. All of the events that they plan for residents are amazing and I would recommend Regency Crest to other families

So far all is well. We moved in the week before Christmas. Everyone we have met has welcomed us. We participated in 2 events since moving in. The Potluck Ugly Sweater Social & The NYE event. The staff here try to keep us informed of activities through the newsletter. Tonight live entertainment is in the main lobby. This is every Thursday. Many of the people here have been here for about 4 yrs. some much longer. Affordability is the issue for most people & if they will be able to sustain it. I'm looking forward to being here.

Our mom moved in to King city Senior Village almost 5 months ago, and she loves it! The best (and in my opinion the most important) feature is the happy, upbeat vibe. The food is excellent, a fact every resident points out, and the staff are always eager to help There are so many activities and amenities that I have a hard time getting mom to make time for me. (I am not kidding here - not sure how I feel about that.) she even has an assigned raised garden plot she’s planted flowers in for winter. On a final note, when we went to tour the facilities, we interviewed residents (away from staff). Many had moved from nearby facilities. The first thing they mentioned was how good the food was, the second how nice everyone was, the third how much they loved all of the activities. Like my mother says, she just wished she’d moved in sooner.

This is a great community! Things to do every day. Most revolve around card games. However, there are other activities designed to have the residents “mingle”. It is a fun place. Management is available 7 days a week. All the management and employees are helpful and friendly.

The staff are incredible - very friendly, super helpful and committed to the residents. They go out of their way to help. They could improve on the food by having more of a variety and more options to choose from.

I'm going on my fourth year living at Regency Crest Apartments. Unfortunately, I lost my only sister in 2021 & her daughter, my niece, in 2023. I became very depressed, and I rarely left my apartment. Just this past year, I became involved in many of the resident activities which have been very enjoyable, meeting and becoming friends with other residents. I especially like scrabble on Tuesdays, also Po-ke-no. I highly recommend Regency Crest.

The Springs at Silverton is a great place to live. The management is great, friendly and professional. They do everything in their ability to make sure that all residents are happy and well taken care of. I’ve been here since [date removed], without any complaints.

They was helpful and caring. They didn’t just want to rent out the room; they really wanted my mother to have the best place that accommodated her needs and wants. This place is a great place to live.

Overall a great experience, so far. Nothing much more to say. Ask me again after [date removed] when I will have been here more tha a year. Rent could be a little less (maybe between[fee removed]), but I understand that a facility such as this has significant expenses especially with all of the activities provided in addition to upkeep, etc.

An open , friendly environment. Lots of art focused activities. Transportation to appointments good and flexible. Cottages are popular. Cottages are large and roomy. Apartments vary. Our 2bedroom is nice and large with very small balcony. Beautiful rose garden out back with lots of places to sit and enjoy. Family friendly- has an overnight guest apartment families can rent when visiting.
