I like the big living room and large balcony we have. I love the trash pickup at my door. The company just went to a lot of trouble to trim the trees and shampoo the carpets. We have activities to choose from. We feel safe. The only thing we are unhappy about is we get attached to the manager and receptionist and then they're gone.

Wonderful Staff and great place. I almost qualified. My income was $100.00 short. It is a great place. I truly wanted to move in. I was wanting to rent one of the cottages. The cottage is large and the garage is able to admit 2 cars and or storage and a car. I was very excited ??

5 for all, my mom loves where she lives and is very happy with staff, apartment, activities and overall experience. The apartment sizes are great! She loves her 2 bedroom and has plenty of space for what she needs.

Still waiting on some details to unfold as certain circumstances have not completed yet but if life works out, this would be a top choice for me, thanks. Things will be clearer within a few weeks or so.

I'm visually impaired and was appreciative of their consideration. The staff seemed ready to work with me on my journey to healing and independence. The area was very important and the community appears to match my interests.

We love it we have been here since September and the people here in the community are very welcoming. We are going thru new management but easy transition no issues! I highly recommend it here!

The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The one bedroom apartment is very spacious and my mother is really enjoying the painting classes, wine parties, and is looking forward to other activities like water aerobics.

I had a great tour at Hanover Place in Tinley Park Il [name removed] was a great tour guide and the grounds inside and out was very clean. This is a perfect match for my mother. I love all the amenities and activities that they offer.

We really enjoy living at the Regency. The office manager, and staff are wonderful and caring. They have activities and they're well attended. The maintenance staff is very prompt with any apartment issues. We love the size of our apartment and love the area of Ellicott City. We are able to cook in our apartment, but we appreciate when there is food served in our Great Room area for special occasions.

This is a great place for over 55 and ambulatory. Bldg is newer and very clean but residents need to be ambulatory. I would recommend this location to any one.

Menu variety and choices. Entertainment variety. Friendly, helpful Staffing. Recycling. Laundry arrangements. Value for the cost. I am here on a whim as a newcomer to Portland and frustrated that my daughter, 2 granddaughters and I could not locate rental housing in our region. I refused unless many houses due to NO downstairs bathrooms with a shower. I looked up senior living and this was only 5-10 minutes from them. I came on a whim, toured, met residents and was given an opportunity to spend a night in guest suite. I agreed, stayed the weekend and never left!!.

Everything is a 5. It’s great here and I love living here! The people, the service and my lovely home! Yes I would recommend Atlas Point to other families based on the experience so far.

Everyone at the facility staff was so friendly and beyond helpful. Their willingness to help with whatever was needed, regardless of their job responsibilities made it feel like one big family. For example, the front desk people would also help retrieve your packages or help out in the dining room. They always greeted you with a smile, asked how everything was going, and whether you needed anything. They made you feel special, cared for, and Important to them. Second, I would also like to add that although this place is not as fancy when you walk in the doors, they more than make up for it in hospitality. The food is also excellent. Love, the fact that you can order whatever you want and are not limited to the menu. However, my one bit of feedback to the facility would be to spruce up their elevator. It is very banged up on the inside with a scrapes and paint coming off, etc. If you overlook those things, though, it is a wonderful facility full of daily activities. Their movie theater is top-notch, and the gardens are lovely.

It's a beautiful place on a small lake. The people are nice and most all of residents are too. I would highly recommend.

I loved everyone here, the activities were great. Any maintenance requests were done that day. My apartment size is good, I wouldn't need anymore space, having the washer and dryer in the apartment was a big help since I don't drive anymore. The apartment complex was close to all kinds of shopping, it was not walking distance, but a short drive, there is a company that will drive you for $[removed] each way.

They seemed to have a genuine concern for my mother's welfare, although their policy concerning physical assistance to tenants prohibited helping her get up after a fall, was a bit of a situation, I understand the policy. Just a note to any perspective tenant, be fully aware of the rules that staff must observe, and what that may mean for their family member looking at that facility.

The staff is extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. [names removed] go out of their way to help out in any way possible.

I'm very happy at Vancouver Pointe. Thanks for your support. I have nothing but positive vibes from this place. Food is excellent, friends are exceptional, activities are top notch, staff is superb. Can't think of anything negative.

The staff here is great... there are plenty of activities if one wishes to participate...rides for shopping and doctor appointments... food is good.

I was contacted by “a place for mom” and it happened within a very short time. I was totally surprised by that, I don’t remember her name but she listened to my needs & wishes as well as my budget. I visited only a few places before “ I found the one” place I wanted to live for the next year or more. I was warmly welcomed by Property Manager who showed me around the facility and I knew that this is my new home. I’m living at a 55+ older apartment complex and they have multiple activities scheduled for every day. That really inspired me to make up my mind about this is a great place for me because I’ve lived out of town and needed to make new friends. You should try A Place for Mom because they really are a great company as well as Atlas 55+ Community Center with all different levels of living apartments within their location. : )
