The community is new, well staffed and the cleanliness of the entire place is perfect. If we ever had a problem, question, or concern or our loved one presses their help button the response time is immediate. Right now when it comes to the portion sizes our loved one is not getting enough and even complains about still being hungry. Besides the portion sizes the value for the money is great and we would recommend Harbor Chase to other families

Osprey Lodge would have been our number 1 choice if it weren't for the price. They gave a great tour and the facility was very nice. There is a lake or pond out back and mom would have really enjoyed that because she loves looking at water and thinks it is peaceful.

The atmosphere is great, it is a brand new facility so we are very very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness. We have had some trouble with the staff specifically the aids which can be common in these type of communities. However the administrative team has really stepped up and addressed all the issues. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to others.

Anthology is more than amazing. It is such a beautiful facility. I would put myself here if I ever needed this type of care. The staff were more than willing to speak with us and answer any questions that we had. Unfortunately they were just not able to accommodate the level of care that my loved one needed.

Most everybody I have talked too loves it there.

I would recommend to look into this community for your loved one. They have activities like movies, crafts, physical therapy and more offered for the residents.

My loved one has been there a few months now. She has settled in well and things are going good. Considering the pandemic everything has went pretty well. I am not there myself but from what she has told me everything is going well.

Canopy at Walden Woods was brand spanking new. The people were very nice and pleasant, and the lady who showed us around really took her time with us.

I thought Canopy at Walden Woods was a very good facility. It was brand new. We would have considered them for our loved one, except the location wasn’t convenient for us.

The aesthetics are beautiful, the community smells nice and there is a lot of activity with residents out and about. It is a very lively environment. [name removed] director of the community and who oversees everything has done an amazing job. He is always available to us whenever we have questions and concerns and has just gone above and beyond. We cannot give him enough credit, he alone gets 5 star.

In general the care is very good. The community doesn't have a good communication policy for internal communication and as well with the family. There is a hospital close by if necessary for the resident's to use.

We chose Anthology because I liked that they were a smaller facility, we figured that she would get better personalized care and the adjustment would not be as difficult. I also really liked the staff that I talked with, they have always been so friendly and helpful. For what the facility offers, they are very reasonably priced. You get great care, the food is wonderful, and so is the location. We are very happy with our choice and would highly recommend to others.

This is a vibrant and beautiful community and based on other communities cost this one is really good. They have activities like bingo, games, and exercises to keep everyone in the community active.

I have already recommended this community to others for their loved ones. [name removed] was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything ran smooth during our loved one's stay. The nurses were caring and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Allegro has been a wonderful experience in numerous ways. First of all, the Allegro "Senior Living Advisors" do a magnificent job in explaining what Allegro is all about. Conducting tours of the building, and delimiting the critical items in the decision-making process when selecting a place to live. Allegro is a beautiful as well as properly maintained facility. In addition, the employees are always courteous and helpful and do their best to accommodate the residents' needs. Also, there are fun and educational outings to restaurants, exhibits, and scenic locations. And the resident can use the Allegro van or car to go to local stores and medical appointments. The resident always has a clean apartment at Allegro since housekeeping including laundry service are done regularly. To summarize, the people at Allegro are friendly, conversational, and make new residents feel right at home. One final opinion: the meals are excellent with lots of choices on the menu. The dining room has all-day dining from 7am to 7pm so you can eat when you want to!

Our family had an in person tour with Allegro and it was very nice and a very well established community. It was the closest community to us out of all the places looked at, but the value for cost was much higher then we wanted. We were worried if our loved one moved in there, they would run out of money to quick

I lived in NY four months year and in Florida in a house in Villa Borghese Delray Beach for 8 months I love Florida and now I found Allergo and I am so excited to be in this facility.[name removed] workout everything while I was in NY with our Son,everyone is so nice and the staff is understanding and the food is so good,They take us to the doctor and shopping,there’s so much to do and we are very happy here in Alergo. From the start, everything just felt right. We have not been disappointed. My dad started in assisted living a year and a half ago. His health has declined and is now in the memory care area. It has been a blessing to keep him in comfort and getting the services he needs during challenging times. There is a lot of trust in caring for an ageing parent; we cannot be there with him 24/7. Allegro has great staff, and many care partners who come on site to complement the basic services, so the place is active , responsive and vibrant. The visiting services I have noted include physical therapists, beauty, entertainment, etc. I like having outside partners bustling about because this provides a sort of self-checking system where the best staff thrive. Other facilities that run a more monolithic in-house system can work, but often create conflicts of interest and a feeling of being up-charged constantly for profit motive. Allegro is a set price at a great value.
