They were able to meet my schedule needs with relatively short notice. If I need services again they will be the first service I contact. Not extremely happy about all the requests for rating of service.

I would certainly recommend. All workers that we had were on time polite patient focused. [name removed] the red head especially kind and great with husband and very helpful to me. Actually did not want to give her up but VA offers great benefits and could not pass free care up.. Scheduling in beginning was a little off...several different workers but all good

The owner of Newmark was so kind and understanding when I was able to speak with her concerning home care my Aunt needed. Very friendly and took her time to understand the situation/need. The owner came to my aunts home herself when her staff were already scheduled with other clients! Great customer service! Their agency was the least expensive in the Muncie, IN area and required the least amount of hours per week, which made the cost more reasonable. I would recommend them!

We could not be more thrilled with HandyCare. [name removed] the owner is absolutely amazing and has amazing talent on her team. [name removed]who supports my 90 year mom is delightful… we could not be any happier with this wonderful support for my mom!!!

My 91 year old mother is quite difficult to work with and has fired several caregivers we’ve had in the past. She is happy however with Purple Heart. They have changed their hours and days working from 7 to 3 to one day a week as my mom’s condition improved. [name removed] is great at accommodating our wishes and knows how to approach an elderly patient with dementia, and frequently emails me with updates on how things are going.

The service was as I expected Since I am a new client I would rather wait a longer period of time to give an accurate review. So far the caregiver supplied has been ok after a few visits to get accustomed to our needs.

We had [Name Removed] for about 4 hours for 4 days over New Years. My husband was very happy with her. I had come home expecting to take down the Christmas tree and drag it to our trash area and[Name Removed] had done it all! She was wonderful, wanting to keep busy while she was here. Very happy with her!

[Name Removed] hooked us up with a friend for my Mother in law. She helped break up the monotony of the usual day to day. She helped with showering my MIL and share lots of great conversations. I would recommend [Name removed] and her team for companion care.

Utilizing Honor Home Care which is part of the Home Instead network was the best decision my family made to help Care for our Mom in her final days. The aides that were assigned were compassionate and sensitive to the specific needs of our family.

Everyone who i have talked to have been amazing, understanding, flexible and they listen to you and your recommendations. Had to go thru a few caregivers to find the right fit and schedules and they were there to help me selecting my current caregiver. Great service and responsiveness!

The caregivers sent to us from [name removed] were pretty good if you’re looking for companion care for your loved one. Everyone was very nice. Management were very responsive whenever we had a question or concern.

I was referred to the director S&S by A Place For Mom, I believe in mid-[year removed]. I spoke with her several times for most of a year as I tried to ready myself for bringing a care worker to assist me with my wife, whose Alzheimer’s had developed over the previous 4-5 years. My wife was reluctant to have anyone come to our house and rejected the idea that she could benefit from care. I am deeply grateful to [name removed] for the time she spent with me as I gradually found away to move ahead. The second candidate she sent was ultimately a good fit, though for several months she worked under the fiction that she was doing clerical work until my wife accepted her as a companion and a care worker. After a year of good and lively work, the employee left to focus on schooling. Thus, the director and her firm were ideal for the early stages of my seeking and hiring a care worker. Her firm is not as structured as others, but she shares her long experience with her clients.

We requested male caregiver for elderly male client. Original aide is excellent and has good maturity level and experience. Second aide is very young and very limited experience and not as self sufficient as I expected. Both are patient and well mannered and show up on time.

The second aide I had was awesome. The only gripe about this place is they don't accept insurance, they require 4 hour minimum & if you pay by credit card you get charged at least [fee removed]. Otherwise I was satisfied with service

Stepfather has loved the service He would prefer the same person every time but that does not seem to be doable? If we could make that work, he would give 5 stars.

[name removed] was a very caring and conscientious caregiver for my mother. She was reliable and very helpful in doing anything I asked her to do. I would recommend her to anybody considering using her services.

[name removed] & his team helped out a lot until I could find an assisted care in Allen Park.

Would like to see a little more interactive time with mom but that might not be possible. Otherwise it is a 5 rating.

They made everything easy. At first there was a problem finding consistent help but [name removed] worked really hard to find aides that were able to work with us. Everyone was extremely caring and thoughtful. I truly appreciate the help and the effort that was put in every day.
