She was friendly and communication was great. Care started easily and service was well worth the cost. Make sure they are comfortable with inside pets. This stage could be scary or frustrating for folks receiving care so make sure the caregiver has a warm personality and is easy to talk to. Mine was great in all those areas!!

Home Instead has given my husband and I peace of mind as we live quite far away and knowing that his mother has a regular companion to assist her with medical appointments, errands, household chores and just enjoying things like doing a puzzle has been a blessing. They are very responsive when you have questions or if you need to make a schedule adjustment due to appointments being changed. Everyone was nice, friendly, and very helpful. Always on time. I believe the lady that came the most was [name removed]. She was great. She would wash my hair and blow dry it, take me to the store and Dr's. App. She even came by one day just to check on me. So sweet.

There were a couple that had personalities that didn't connect with my mom. [removed name] has been mom's favorite and they both seem to really care about one another. Jordan had been my direct connection as a coordinator with Home Instead. She had been terrific in helping with mom's schedules- very nice!!

As a daughter who had to begin care for my mother with on-set dementia, I needed someone I could trust in home caring for her while I was at work. We Care Development LLC provided that care. Day to day care for someone with dementia is not easy. The young lady we were paired with handles the tasks like a champion. Which eases my mind while I am away from the home. I am leaving this review because the staff here is one of a kind. I needed daily care for my husband. Cleaning, cooking , meds, and helping him dress after his knee surgery. I work long hours and knowing he was in such good hands definitely eased my heart and mind. I spoke with the owner and she paired us with the right fit for our home. We only needed help for a little over a month but she truly worked with us daily with a smile on her face and care on her heart. I highly recommend this company for any in home care you, family, or friends may need.

wow, wow, wow, are the three words that come to mind. we care development home health is a very loving, caring, sharing, tender, understanding, place ive ever run across. this agency trully does care about the case/patient/client. i felt so at home once i decided to go with this company. i sleep much better at night i can rest assure that my loved one will be cared for. this company will always answer with a nice voice on the other end of the phone. i would surly make sure people eveywhere knows about (wcdhh).
