Great personalized care & attention to detail! Highly recommend. The caregiver pairing is on point and I will continue to use their caregivers. They were really good at arriving on time for all appointments and regularly check in with the family to re-assess needs.

My mom was in very loving care with Pink Hearts. The staff were great and very flexible with scheduling.

What we like the most about A Homemade Plan is the staff and how professional they are. Your staff took good care of my late husband and worked to maintain his dignity during the last week of his life. Based on the experience we have had, I would recommend this community to other families.

I would tell them that overall it was a good experience but it took some adjustments. The 1st young lady that was assigned to us was very nice, but needed my direction re: what to do and when. We had a substitute one day who was not trained at all and pretty much just sat in a chair the whole time. After speaking with manager, we were assigned a wonderful young woman, who had experience and training and we were so pleased from that time on. I was able to trust her with my mom which was a big deal!! I think the 1st person just needed more training. The sub should not be in this line of work. Our eventual person, [name removed], was a God-send. Like any of the agencies, I am sure getting employees is difficult and training takes time. Overall, we were happy with SH. They responded to our concerns and worked with us to provide what we needed.

I was about to come home after 2 months of hospitals and rehab places but the timing could have been better. My wife and 19 year old son were planning to leave in less than 48 hours on a 350 mile trip to a family wedding and they really wanted to go but was worried about my safety. Before coming home, I spent a couple of days researching companies who could keep an eye on me and also could continue wound care dressing changes. I engaged One Source Healthcare Agency after a talk with the owner and with the registered nurse who would be supervising the aide and who would be in charge of dressing changes. I immediately knew I would feel comfortable. The RN was professional and put me at ease. The home health aide went out of her way to be helpful. I highly recommend One Source Healthcare Agency!

My time with Superior was very pleasant. Our caregiver was excellent. She was very caring. The agents in the office were very understanding and easy to work with. They interacted with my husband quite well. I would recommend Superior Senior Care services to those looking for reliable home care.

The care my mother receives with Trusted Hearts is exceptional. The caregiver goes above and beyond to ensure that she is actively engaged throughout the day. Since she has Dementia, it’s critical to know how to communicate and my mother sees her caregiver as a friend. [name removed] is always prompt and has good communication with us. She is a pleasant woman who is diligent with her tasks. In addition to assisting my husband with showering, she makes sure he exercises multiple times during her visit and works on his speech difficulties with him. We are grateful for her.

When my father fell and went in to the hospital - I found myself in urgent need of 24 hour care for my mother and the team at Assisting Hands came through big time! I was really in tough situation and it was over a holiday to top it off... [names removed]came through with care workers to cover day and over-night shifts to keep my mom (who has Alzheimers) safe. I was continuously impressed with everyone I had contact with in the organization and their constant communication and professionalism. The individual care workers [names removed] were all wonderful - they provided helpful updates about their shifts and summarized how my mom was doing and it gave me incredible peace of mind. I have even arranged for them to do additional hours helping out my dad - they are awesome! I would highly recommend this company for anyone seeking quality, professional help. They are truly outstanding!

Initially we decided on Homewell for the care of my mom. I found the company professional, caring, and detail oriented. I was seriously disappointed not being able to work with them. [name removed] and [name removed] were amazing and helped me make the most important decision when it didn't benefit them. My mother ended up getting ill and 24 hr memory care was the only alternative for our family. I would definitely recommend Homewell over and over again.

There is a wide variation in level of engagement and caregivers' personalities. My husband doesn't help matters, given his dementia. Most of the caregivers seem to handle that OK. I have been upset a few times when the caregiver was late or schedules got confused. I think [name removed] does the best he can, but it is frustrating sometimes. I prepare [name removed] lunch; the caregivers take him the tray and do minor cleanup. One thing that is surprising and rather odd. None of the caregivers have brought their own lunch! I feel I have to offer them something....This service is terribly expensive for just companion care. I can only use it when I absolutely have to!

I have referred this agency to many people. The administration is responsive and flexible. The caregiver assigned to me was amazing. She was so good to my mom. She also fit into our family, so well. They were s great service.

[name removed] is a favorite sitter of the entire family. She is very attentive and still gives Momma her space and independence. Always goes above and beyond in meal prep.

We were pleased with Seniors helping seniors. They were great to be available our needs were met and she enjoyed the experience. She was apprehensive about having a stranger in, but was very pleased with her caregiver.
