I cannot recommend A Peaceful Homecare highly enough. [name removed] and the caregivers who took care of my mom for over two years ([names removed]) were exceptionally compassionate, competent and reliable and they did a great job of making my mother’s life better and giving me tremendous peace of mind (no pun intended) knowing that I never had to worry about my mother’s care. I will always be grateful to Peace and the other folks who work with her for the love and care they gave to my mom.

Staff at Senior Helpers are courteous and professional. They came out to our home quickly for the interview. They were patient with my mom during the interview. My mom's regular caregiver is kind and patient. Mom looks for to her weekly visit. Senior Helpers communicates when there is a change in staff to give us a chance to reschedule if we wish. They are responsive to any calls from me or my brother. They have been a great company to work with. I trust their care for my mom.

Home Matters has been providing caregivers for my mother since the beginning of this year. The staff is always checking in to make sure the caregivers who are coming to take care of her are providing appropriate care and also making sure that she is comfortable with them. I appreciate their effort to find caregivers who are a good match to my mom. If I ever have any concerns or questions, I can reach out to the staff and they are super quick to respond. I am grateful for all they are doing to make sure my mother has excellent care.

At 100 years old my father needs a great deal of TLC which he joyfully receives from [name removed], [name removed],[name removed] and a host of others over the years. This includes [name removed] who also assists with our needs. If it weren't for this team of dedicated individuals we would not be able to keep our father in his cherished home.

They actually come to your house, not a facility that I was aware of. I really liked the owner and how much she cared

They really would prefer a contract for a minimum of 20 hours per week. We were using less than that and felt pressure to add more. They were unable to keep an aide who had a car to drive my sister to Dr appointments but were willing to pay for the Uber. Because of the few hours aide turnover has been high, but Confia always had someone there on the needed days. Also, the director/owner is a home health care nurse and was willing to help with INR blood checks if needed.

Homewatch went over and above to accommodate our needs (even through the snow storm) to ensure our mom was taken care of and she was comfortable and safe. There are flexible hours for care, and although staff may be different each week, HopeBridge is flexible in trying to support you with wishes. For example, if you have a caregiver that your loved one prefers, you can request that and HopeBridge will try to accommodate that. If you need transportation to an appointment, or shopping, that can also be arranged, in their car or your own. And I don't know answer to this, but may be helpful to have info about medication management at each level of care- like if you need help with reminders to take meds, what level can do that, and if they need to manage the meds, what level does that?

I have been very happy with Cedas and the care that they are giving my brother. I found the process to be very easy and supportive. " A Place for Mom" was very helpful. I engaged Cedas Home Care Services through them. Cedas has been great so far!

What we like the most about Senior Helping Seniors of Savannah is just their kindness and caring for the client and the family. We would for sure recommend this community to other families.
