I ended up not using this home health company because my mother ended up needing more of an assisted living but they where very kind when I spoke to them. They where understanding and made sure to provide me with lots of great information and answer any questions we had for them.

It's been okay so far and it has been fine for my mom. The caregiver was at home with my mom. She has been doing a good job with my mom. She is very efficient and effective. It has been very dependable and helpful to me. However it is very expensive.

The care at this community is nice very nice and they are caring. We did like that the community was clean and my mom likes the menu of the meals. The offer her alot of good choices of meals. They offered activities for those residents. We did not like that they added more charges on the billing. We would suggest that other families tour this community before making a decesion.

My parents are doing reasonably well with Synergy home care. Our primary issue, however, is the fact that the caregiver that has come in to replace their former caregiver could be more self motivated. This is a rather minor issue and we are working through this. Besides that, we are pleased.

My sister is pleased with the services she has been receiving from this home care agency. She has improved very much since they started to come help her out. The aid she has is very good. She is very helpful. Everything has worked out very well for her with this home care agency, and we would recommend it.

I have no complaints about the experience I had with this company the staff where friendly and provided my loved one with good quality of care. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a home health company.

I like that if I have any concerns, questions or a problem that the office will jump in to correct the issue as quick as can be. We have our ups and downs with caregivers but they are good about working to make us happy.

My dad needs help with going to Dr. appointments and the office works very quickly to find a caregiver to pick him up. We have been pretty happy with Griswold.

I'm extremely happy with the response from the office with any concern, especially [removed] as she is the one I have spoken with the most. I feel very comfortable with the resolution of any concerns I have brought to the office.

There have been a few bumps but the staff was very good about making changes until the right caregiver was found.

I have no complaints about the care that my loved one has been receiving from this home health care company. Everyone has been very friendly to her and have provided comfortable quality of care. They are on time to all of her appointments and are professional in there work. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone interested.

They staff has been responsive for the most part. They had an emergency where they evacuated everyone from the building. I didn't find out about it until after the fact, as I was still in my apartment. It wasn't as serious a situation as they thought but I was still concerned. I will say the staff and residents are very friendly. Other than those two issues things are going well.

I wasn't quite thrilled with the caregiver that came to the home. Working with the agency was a 5, working with the caregiver was a 3. She was punctual and attentive, it was just a difference in personality.

We have had numerous caregivers and they have all been nice. They help with some personnel needs, light housework and companionship. When we set up the service they explained everything up front and made the set up easy. The office staff are terrific. They are helpful and personable. I would recommend this service.

There has been no issues with Seniorcorp. My mom is getting good care that we find is suitable and we are happy with how they provide their care.

The staff here was very pleasant and very helpful. They are good people. They offered everything that we needed and we will use them if the time comes. We would recommend them to anyone that needs help around the house.

I'am satisfied with the services my father has received from this home care agency. He is doing very well, and everything is working out pretty well. They have been easy to work with, and the care givers show up on time. It has been a good experience, and I would recommend this home care agency.

My loved one is doing okay since using Synergy. She had a caregiver that she really liked but unfortunately, she has to have surgery so my loved one is back to having different caregivers serve time. It;s been hard for her to adjust to strangers in her home, but they are helping her out and doing what they said they would.

We went through a lot of caregivers, some better than others, and finally have a steady girl coming to our home. She is always on time and helps with everything she can. [Removed], the lady that we met from the company, has been great, She addresses any concerns and helps if we have questions.

The people here were very helpful and nice. The only thing is that mom was looking for services that can help her and help around the house. This company just basically provided companion care. Just did not work out.
