I can't say enough good things about Tealridge Assisted Living. We moved my husband's parents into an apartment in March 2016 after three other facilities were so bad we had no other choice. From Day 1 we knew Tealridge was different and every day since then we've been thankful that we finally found the place they could be happy. They have grown to love the staff at Tealridge, and it's not hard to see why. My husband's mother passed away early in 2017 but the staff helped us move his father to a single room down the hall so he could keep all his furniture and the friends he's come to know and love the past four years. As with any seniors, there may be days that Dad isn't too enthusiastic about what's for lunch on the menu, but there are always other options available such as a hamburger, salad or sandwich, so he always has something he wants to eat. More often than not, he goes on and on about how good the food is when he has one of his favorite meals. The friends he's made there are some of the closest he's ever had, and include several members of the staff, who bend over backward to make sure he's happy, and he always knows he's loved. If I could change anything at all, the only thing I would change is to go back in time and move them into Tealridge the first time, to avoid the other horrible places they had to live in. Tealridge is hands down the #1 assisted living facility in the OKC area.

Thanks for taking care of mom during the last few weeks of her life. The attendants were sweet and helpful and the management staff did whatever they could to make her (and our) time there special. Bittersweet memories.

I like the care from this community. We like the staff who are very caring. The community is clean and I like knowing that she is happy with the variety of meals. The staff has her participating and she likes staying active. The community is close to my home. We have been more than pleased with the care and the outstanding value. Families are recommended to see this community for the care of a loved one.

My parents are doing okay since their move, they are still adjusting. They have totally encouraged them to get out and participate in the activities. It has been nice that they are trying to encourage them. The only complaint they have so far is with the food. They were used to eating certain things that are not offered here. The facility is very clean and we are happy with our choice so far.

My loved one lived here for a time in their independent living apartments. Overall we were very pleased with Tealridge, it was a pleasant place and the staff and residents were all friendly. Eventually my loved one needed assisted living, and there were no openings in their assisted care community, so we had to locate other options. We would have loved for her to be able to stay here, however!

It's been really quiet, and it feels like home. Both the residents and the staff are very friendly. The staff are really nice. The food is not warm enough, and it's the same thing over and over each month. We tell them we like something, and it feels like they don't cook it again. As far as activities, I enjoy bingo and rummikub, and there are other options if you want to participate.

My father and his wife loved it, I couldn't speak highly enough. It was a wonderful facility and I would recommend it to everyone. They handled everything, you just had to be mobile enough to get down to the dining room and he was able to sit wherever he wanted to talk and meet people. They were a lovely support group, really like a family and I was just really sad that they had to move out. They were always questioning, wanting to know if things were beign done, they know what they're doing and I think they're really good on who they hire. They did bingo and they had the ability to go to events at the OC campus and the bus would take them over to events they had going on there. We did try in home care for a week but I didn't think that was going to work for what he needed.

I'm not there very much. Staff seems friendly. Place is clean.

Be very specific w/the additional paid cna staff on what you need done. This was a new experience for us, and the Teal Ridge staff were great. We had to use the care givers that come in to oversee meds, etc. We didn't know to be very specific that they were to watch our mom take her meds, not just ask if she took them. We ended up having to move our mom to a memory care facility 2 months in.

The staff seems to really care about the patients and call me when there's anything they think is out of the ordinary with [name removed. I am on first name basis with the nurses and they seem very nice and helpful.

Our loved one is no longer at Tealridge, but I would give all the categories near a 5. The only thing we had any issue with was specifics for [removed] helping with making sure that our mom took her meds, and I think that's was just due to us not giving the correct details.

When I visited I thought the residents seemed happy--this impressed me They need to keep kitchen help. As you know every piece is having trouble getting and keeping help. It seems people no longer want to work

This is a good community f few things that they could fix my father is happy here but does have complaints about the food. All and all if i had to go some place like this this is the community that I would choose.

We had a good tour experience with Tealridge. It seemed like a great place but when we walked in, we did not get the "feeling" that we were looking for.

Tealridge Assisted Living is a great price for all inclusive. The layout and aesthetics are appropriate for the pricing. [name removed] was very personable and gave a great tour. We did not choose this community based on what my mom would enjoy more and the higher level of care coordination required for her needs at this time.

I have only good things to say about Tealridge Assisted Living & Memory Care. Staff members [Removed] have been a great support for the family. All of the staff members there provide the best care that they can. The facility is beautiful and what they charge it is perfect for our family. My parent's church is nearby and they have friends come to visit. Another good friend has a loved one there so we also have a good network of communication to help each other out. We feel very lucky we were able to get my parents a place there. It's been a blessing to all of our family members and we feel satisfied they are in a safe place and being well taken care of, it could not be a better fit. I would definitely recommend Tealridge Assisted Living & Memory Care to friends and family.

I really like my tiny home and the residents here are very nice and friendly. But the problem here is the food. Lack of protein and vegetables . A lot of potatoes, rice and macaroni . We get very small helpings. It's just not very nutritional for older people. Same menu every week just change the days around. We moved into what we thought was a retirement center but it's a glorified nursing home. They raise our rent every year but services stay the same.

We toured with Teal Ridge and they had great staff and very friendly residents, but the facility itself needs a renovation inside and out. It's tired and worn. But their food smelled amazing and residents were lined up waiting for the dining room to open.

Our family had an in person tour and everyone we met was very nice.
