Westminster St. Augustine is a great Continuum Care Location that offered both entrance fees and Rentals! They were super attentive to detail and warm welcoming when bringing in one of my loved ones. The services provided in both the Skilled Nursing and in Assisted Living were spot on, the moment my grandmother needed something they were right there to help! They put my mind to ease knowing she was in a nice, clean and safe environment where my grandmother could spend the rest of her days with joy! I am so appreciative of everything Westminster has done for me and my family! I would highly recommend this location!

As an Independent Living resident at Westminster Suncoast, it is so filled with activities. I don't eat many meals in the dining area, but when I do they are superb. We have the Chief from Don CeSar. I do my own housekeeping, so I can't evaluate that. However, the main buildings are always clean. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in an active friendly garden community. It's a bit costly, but in the end it will pay off.

They are wonderful. The location was wonderful for all family members to visit. The place is lively with beautiful gardens. People are very friendly and welcoming. They also have the services for continued care if they need rehab or long term care without having to transfer out.

Our first impression of Westminster of St. Augustine was very positive because of the beautiful fountain in front of the entrance and the surrounding rose garden. I later learned that both were donations from one of the residents in memory of his spouse. My wife and I were given a tour of the facilities including the health center followed by a delicious lunch in the main dining room. The marketing person was very knowledgeable and answered our questions in a very straightforward and honest manner. The house and apartment that we were able to visit were spacious, bright and cheery. The water views from the campus were beautiful and the grounds were well maintained. Our overall impression was that Westminster was a very caring and well cared for place and compared to others that we visited if was very welcoming and warm.

My mother is 97, legaly blind with memory loss. She is now in assisted living. Previously she was in independent living. The staff is very nice, always smiling, accommodating, friendly. They put a lot of energy into activities and encouragement to get old people like my mother to participate and not self isolate.

We're getting emerged into a very healthy and active lifestyle here given the 1 plus month we've been here. Very very clean have biweekly housekeeping and excellent maintenance support on our home to keep it looking great, (very, very, very friendly, neighbors visited us with welcome gifts and we take part on weekends with resident get togethers to get to know each other on our specific street where we live). We're in independent living with our own home and still felling young and energetic, no care needed at this point. Meals are healthy portioned and very delicious. New menu to be unveiled in May. We are engaged in many activities and always meeting new residents at various heath/fitness , entertainment and community actives like the upcoming beach clean-up activity this Sat morning to name a few. Excellent value given our current quality of life.

Westminster Palms has a great staff that is caring and thoughtful and that the food is very good and that my husband is most comfortable there! I would definitely recommend this community to other families!

We picked Westminster Towers community partially because of the cost and the nearness to our family members. We really like living in the downtown area of Orlando. Since move in day we have been very satisfied with this community. They have a wide range of activities throughout the week. On any given day there may be 10-12 separate activities (give or take a couple). We like to get involved in the cultural activities, as well as the weekly walks around the park. This community has a fully equipped fitness gym which is really nice. The key thing here is that there is a sense of mission that from all the way from to top to the bottom that is received by all of the staff - there is a real sense of leadership here. We would definitely recommend this community to other families to come check out for themselves - it is definitely worth your while and we have not noticed a single thing that would cause us to have red flags. Come check in out for yourself.

We've had a very good experience with Westminster Palms. The staff is very supportive, helpful, and kind. We like the apartment very much. It's beautiful and has a beautiful view. One challenge for my mom's specific needs and preferences is that it's a relatively big campus, so dining is in a different building. She thinks the food is delicious though and ends up using their smaller Bistro more often. But overall, we've been very happy with Westminster Palms. It's expensive, but I feel like it's worth what we're paying and was a good choice for my Mom.

This was a beautiful community. It was bigger and more resort style with a golf feel.

My wife and I moved here because everything was on one level, it was close to her family and they had a fitness center. She died shortly thereafter and I decided it was the place for me since it had all levels of care, a beautiful location, friendly employees and lots of entertainment. Over time I learned all was true and I was very lucky to be here. My sons live far away and they do not have to worry about me. Making friends is easy since we are all nearly the same age with common backgrounds. I am very fortunate to be here.

It is a very friendly community. I am very involved and love the people I associate with including the other residents and team members. I cannot live alone so this has been a wonderful experience. We are very fortunate to have Chaplin [name removed].

This is a big scary world, and I was alone and at the age that I knew I would someday need help. I came here often over the years and looked at the various choices for residence. One day I saw the one I wanted, jumped for it and so, here I am. I can get help whenever I need it, but at the same time be independent, I have made many new and wonderful friends and have many choices of activities and--I am happy. Services are usually on target and the employees are courteous and friendly and helpful.I love my home, my .community and my life. I am happy.

The residents,staff,and families are great!

My mother is a resident at Westminster Palms. She started in Independent Living and this summer she moved to Assisted Living. Most recently, she was evacuated by the Assisted Living staff because of hurricane Ian. The staff and administration of Westminster Palms has always been fantastic, kind, caring, effective and professional. It was an incredible relief for me to know that my mother was both safe and cared with kindness during Ian, when I was many hundreds of miles away. Thank you everyone at Westminster.

It's a friendly and beautiful place with lots of interesting things to do. I like our apartment. It has high ceilings and overlooks the water. It's new construction, so it has an open kitchen and a big bathroom and is nicely designed. It's a great place to live.

Very positive experience, would definitely recommend to friends or families looking for Assisted Living care.

I love it here. There could not be any more activities if they tried, they have a little bit of everything and they do whatever they can to get residents out of their rooms. The food is excellent as well. They do have housekeeping come in every other week and they will change the bed linens as well. I am very pleased with my experience.

The staff members here and the residents are extremely friendly that is one thing I love most about Westminster. Based on my experience so far I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I began exploring retirement communities 2 years ago. I discovered Westminster Shores in September 2021. [Name removed] in sales guided me through the process, all online. I never felt the need to fly to FL from [location removed] to check things out. She sent me a video of my present home, a lovely villa in Westminster Shores. The move from [location removed] to FL was a challenge but I arrived here safely. Everyone, staff and residents have been so kind and friendly. The menus are incredibly delicious. I've made a friend who was introduced to me by [name removed]. She lives right next door and we do everything together. This was the best decision of my life and I have a brother in [location removed] who was very impressed by my photos and he may follow me here soon.
