Vantage Point Retirement Living

Our family had an in person tour with Arcadia at Limerick Pointe and overall we thought the tour experience and the community was very nice it all seemed very nice.

We picked this community, because it was close to my house, new facility, independent living and memory care options. It's very nice. I would recommend it.

They have to work out some growing pains in the business still. What is said that will get done and what gets done, doesn't always happen. They don't always think of the residents versus the comfort of the workers, for example: it's so cold there, they've got it down to 72. They are a company and they are there to make money; they're not in great favor, but this is my one and only experience with a retirement home.

This seemed to be a good facility. My tour was limited due to covid but overall it was pretty good.

Things didn't work out well at Fieldstone. [name removed] was an aggressive, combative resident that required more than Fieldstone was able to handle. They were kind it just didn't work out

The pluming that was done during construction created at least 3 floods affecting my moms apartment. When people are as old as my mom 94, that's just too many ! People are tired of having to deal with home repairs at that age. The building is only about three years old. I often eat with my mom in the restaurant and I believe the food is over priced for what is given. The place is often too cold for the residents. Where the microwaves are located in the apartments is too high for older people. The thermostat in the rooms are too complicated for older people, to include myself at 65. The chairs in the theater room are very hard and uncomfortable! The bar chairs are very heavy for older people and difficult to move. There is a great big player piano in the restaurant and I have only heard it on once in two years and I asked for it to be played.
