Initial tour by the Concierge was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the facility. Facility is extensive, only one story with many areas to sit and visit. Rooms are very spacious. Outside area has many walking areas, gazebos and areas to sit with family. It has been excellent from the very beginning and we visited seven Memory Care Residences before making a decision.

Inspired Living at Alpharetta community receives all 5's, it has been a great choice for my family and thank you A Place For Mom for assisting me. What we like the most about the community is the extra staffing night or day , the activities, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff

My family is very grateful for the staff at Inspired Living in Bonita. Our family had a very traumatic year and my Father had his whole life change. The staff at Inspired are caring, engaged and makes sure residents still have a very viable life to live. Kudos to [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and the rest of staff. Always something going on with lots of activities engaging residents. My Dad really likes the food too. Thank you Inspired Staff!!

From the start we loved this place because we knew mom would be in capable and caring hands. The staff visit with her at least six times a day and help her get involved in some of the many activities they hold throughout the day. The physio and occupational health people are wonderful. They work to proactively manage mom’s health while maintaining her dignity, comfort and confidence. It’s a tough balancing act, but they always find a way to make it work. The public areas and her room are clean, tidy and pleasant to visit. I usually see mom twice a week and everyone is smiling, residents and staff alike.

The day staff that took care of [name removed] was excellent. The standouts for me his wife were as follows: Nurses Orlando and [name removed] were always caring compassionate and helpful. The top med techs were [names removed]They took the time to make sure he had his meds and was comfortable. The consistently compassionate and efficient Caregivers were [names removed] . [name removed] was tops in the activity room and the Chefs were the best. I can't thank you all enough for the care you gave to [name removed] during his brief stay. He is at peace now. I visited Inspired Living at Ivy Ridge while looking for a memory care unit for my sister. I was very impressed with the Facility. Having been a Hospice nurse for many years I had visited many facilities in Pinellas County, but I had never been to Ivy Ridge. The facility is beautifully laid out with outside spaces for their residents. Rooms are spacious and the staff was very friendly. We loved this facility very much, but the distance from where our family lived was too great. I would recommend Ivy Ridge to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

In my mom's second week of residence at Inspired Living Bonita I met a caregiver angel by the name of [name removed]"[name removed]." If everyone could do their job with the patience, kindness and smile that this woman has... the world would be a better place. I think caregivers have a tremendously hard job with everyone expecting so much of them and the residents needing so much from them. To the management team I ask you to please show [name removed] your appreciation on my behalf. Thanks!

The food is great. The residents have choices and staff helps if residents need assistance with dining. The staff is so kind. Everyone is very patient with the residents. [name removed] is very good to my husband. Gives great care and very pleasant.

I had the most amazing experience at Inspired Tampa would definitely say from the first time getting consultation, throughout the process until the day that we had to admit my dad love this place. Great people, incredible caregivers! Really took the time to understand my needs and make Dad happy with someone new in the home. He has a 24 hr monitoring pendant in case he would ever need help and that alone gives our family the peace of mind we needed when it came time to find a place where we knew he would be taken care of and provided for as he ages. They truly care about the lives of their clients. Caregivers go the extra mile to make sure clients are happy every single day. Thank you so much for making my life, and mom's better. Highly recommend it to any!

The staff at Inspired Living at Ocoee are very kind and attentive. I would highly recommend this community to other families in need of assisted living for a loved one.

I been around Inspired for long time this best I have seen it. This mangement team has to be one best . I liked it when [name removed] was here I like now because [name removed] is back [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] are all the best. [name removed] and [name removed] are both terrific nurses. [name removed] the med tech is very good and very helpful so is [name removed]

We couldn't have picked a better place. We liked Inspired along with another place. Neither place had an immediate opening. Inspired was the first to have an opening. I think it was lucky for us. I think they did an incredible job dealing with his problems and taking care of him.

My dad loves to walk and they have a wonderful outside area. Other food is made fresh. They are loving and caring and want the best for your family member. They go the extra step to making sure that you're loved one is content and that they are involved in the activities. All in all it is just such a great community! I love Hidden Lakes.

The community is fabulous. The staff do everything they can for the residents. There are 3 meals a day. There is a standard menu available 7am - 7pm and there is another menu for each meal, each day. There are plenty of choices. I cannot say enough about how great the community is.

Our family had an in person tour with Inspired Living at Sun City and overall we had a great tour experience and at the time we were needing a place for our loved one they just did not have any rooms available.

They have very caring staff. It's very clean. The food is pretty good. They offer lots of activities. I love the open space like the courtyard and halls for people to walk if they are walkers. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend the facility. I would assure that they knew it was for memory care and not medical care. They have all the activities, such as; bingo, making words from phrases, and similar games. I think that when a loved one is losing their memories, routine is paramount. They use memory boxes outside of each person's room that are filled with photos and memories, so the residents can identify their room. Further, they establish a routine from morning through evening including meal times where all the residents sit at the same table in the same place for each meal.

The staff at Inspired Living at Ocoee are caring and understanding. They have been flexible and helpful.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought it was a very nice place and the staff were great, but at the time our loved one was not ready to their type of level of are they provided.
