My loved one is a resident at Waterford Estates and Manor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My loved one says that the meals are great and that the kitchen staff is very accommodating. I would recommend this facility to others.

Waterford is an older facility and not as nice as a lot of the new ones. However, you couldn't find more friendly people and staff anywhere. Excellent, staff always friendly and nice. Also good follow-through.

I like the inside garage best., and I like the dinner meal least. Residents are like family and the Arbordale has personality. Love it here.

Safe, caring, and compassionate staff and residents take care of each other. We picked this community because the facilities are within 3 blocks of her former residence. Familiarity with facility and some residents.

Everything is even more than I ever expected. The staff is top notch .This is a great place to come when you can't do the work in your home.

My brother was the one that moved into the facility. I think he could have used a little more orienting to what Heathers offers and some follow up on it after a few weeks to make sure he's comfortable there.

The services are just what they said they would be providing. They are exactly what we wanted. From the first time I walked into the front door, everyone here made me feel welcomed. I visited several places, and this one is the one that made me feel like I could call this one home.

This experience has been an answer to prayers. I had accepted an offer on my townhome just prior to an unexpected surgery. Just home from a week in the hospital, [name removed]brought the lease agreement to my home to sign. She’s a pure delight.. like the daughter I never had. [name removed] went out of his way to help me with the apartment I wanted. It’s just beautiful and perfect for my needs. Do yourself a favor and check out this place before making a life altering decision. You’ll be glad you did!

We picked it mainly due to interaction with management when reviewing several facilities and also based on its location. I would definitely recommend evergreen court, staff and management is excellent. It would be nice if the hours for meals were open more or could get food outside their posted hours.

Excellent support and communication with [name removed] . Not only did she provide swift and accurate information on suitable addresses for my brother to visit, but we also found the most affordable and convenient location in downtown Bellevue. [name removed] is most happy living in his new one bedroom apt. With more room to do his crafts and play his music, his new address is the best one he has lived in because of the affordability and the best staff. My mother was welcomed to her new home as a member of her new family by both staff and residents. We picked Carriage Oaks based on the initial experience with the staff, the convenient location, as well as the safety factor of residents looking out for each others well being.

My father is currently a resident at Waterford Estates and Manor. The apartment is not fancy or really updated, but it's clean and decent enough that you feel comfortable with your parents moving there. The price is really the catch. With rent now so high, finding a reasonable place that your parents can afford is a plus. This place also offers an opportunity for socializing with a lounge, available coffee and TV that older adults can sit around and enjoy each other's company. I would recommend Waterford Estates and Manor to others.

My aunt has thrived at Mercy Retirement and Care Center - this has been an excellent community for her. As a family member ongoing communication with me by staff is consistent. Thank you for putting me in touch with Mercy.

We took a tour of Eastmont Living when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. This facility was more established, but has opened a brand new Independent Living addition (part of it is still not open) that includes a pool and a performing arts center! However, it's located on a very busy Main Street, which wasn't as appealing.

Really pleased with this placement!! We really like that the community has easy access to stores in the surrounding area. Based on the experience so far, we would recommend them to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

The value for cost is variable. Pricing is al la carte. If you have minimal needs then pricing is about average. If you have high needs your prices go up dramatically. Basically every additional need will have a cost associated with it. They lack amenities like in house transportation that high price facilities often offer, so that affects the value statement too. On the positive side: Apartments are spacious and much nicer than comparable facilities I toured.

My sister was a resident at The Arbordale and she loved it there. Her apartment was beautiful with a nice little patio and view. The facility overall was great, clean and maintained well. The food and staff were all great. She didn't get on any of the outings, but loved her Bridge group and the parties and programs she was able to attend. It is Independent Living only so no care was provided, although I think they have hired a PT.

My spouse and I are very happy living at The Timbers Residence. Our experience has been great. The staff is great and very helpful! The cleanliness and friendliness is great. The meals and Value for Cost are great, also!

Heathers Manor is a very nice and beautiful facility. It is really fancy, you walk in and there is a big chandelier and big windows. I thought it was great, but my mother thought it was too fancy for her liking. I found their pricing structure to be pretty confusing, I went over it a few times with them and was still lost. It was just not the right fit for her.

It's a great place. I like that they have a lot to offer as far as meals, activities, and aging in place. The apartment is smaller than we'd like it to be and maintenance can be a little slow, but otherwise, everything has been great.
