The staff her has been just excellent. They give the best care to my mom. I know that my mom does not want to be here and the staff are very kind into helping her adjust. The food is okay. The community is very clean and we really like it here.

The help has changed many times, hard to keep good CNA's if they are. Food looks okay our family member says it's ok nothing great As far as I know patient hasn't been treated for any bed sores so that's good. Has had some theft of $$ etc... and reports have been made.

[name removed], the owner, and her staff are, for the most part, really good! They are mostly kind and caring! I only have a couple of really bad negatives! The staff threw out out my mother's bottom false teeth! (Now my mother only has her top false teeth). This really angered me because, as you can imagine, false teeth are VERY EXPENSIVE! Although, we have started the process to buy her new bottom teeth, it's takes a long time to get them made! Meantime, although TLC are chopping up her food, my mother can't chew without the bottom false teeth! And there was no compensation/discount offered from what we pay monthly (fee removed) to help pay the cost to replace the bottom false teeth! [name removed], did apologize for the teeth being thrown out, for what good an apology did, but continued to reiterated to me "that she can't be responsible for resident's false and that she puts that info in the contract"! By paying [fee removed]a month you would think they could do a better job keeping with my mother's false teeth!!! And lastly, I think they could do a better job with the food they serve! It look nasty! My mother doesn't like the food! If I lived there I would not eat it! They don't do any activities with the old ladies in the house that mother lives in! Nothing that I can see! And I'm there alot! They just sit in their Geri chairs and sleep all day!

I feel that it's too early to accurately rate the facility, but it's very clean. With the meals, I have not been there enough at mealtimes, but he seems content and they report he eats well. I'm not there enough, but he often has no food or water within reach. He developed wounds and had none going in. But he's clean & well-groomed, generally looks well. I don't know where some of his clothing goes to. I worry he is bored and it's too quiet all day. They say he's up at night. I'm not close enough to be there daily like the last place. But this place is much better than the last place. I don't think he gets enough snacks or a wide variety of beverages. He often has no fluids bedside and has been dehydrated. There are really no activities besides TV here. I don't have enough knowledge of care facilities and how they compare, but this is one of the best I've seen.

This is a nice clean care home. Dad is getting good care on a smaller scale. He likes the food and this was the best decision for him.

We're very happy with what they offer at Total Loving Care. We visited with them quite a few times before deciding on them, and we heard nothing but good things from both the other residents and from their families. It's a well kept, clean, and comfortable facility. The staff are very friendly, and do a great job looking out for the needs of the residents. It's a higher level care facility, but they still try and keep the residents social and engaged.

Liked the friendliness of the people I met there. House was clean and well kept inside. Outside was not very appealing. Grass was knee deep. Large backyard but not utilized. Only a couple of rickety chairs on an uncovered patio.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was okay but it seemed like it was more for those who are bedridden. There are 3 or 4 different houses that do not connect. It was the cheapest one but the cleanliness was not really there. The staff though were very nice and the nurses were all attending to the residents and interacting with them

This was the first place I visited. 3 houses in a regular neighborhood. I was surprised at how slick the floors were in each house. And one house had several large boxes containing supplies blocking the hallway. Both seemed to be a safety hazard. Several residents were in wheelchairs, so maybe it's not so dangerous. The activity director was very personable and seemed to truly love her job. Some of the rooms were designed to hold 3 people. Unfortunately, those were the ones in our price range. All residents had to share a bathroom.

I would not recommend to anyone. They need to improve on everyhting. The owner is very money hungry and very rude.
