They took good care of mom and were very communicative with me about her welfare. Good value for the services provided and proximity to hospital.

It's easy to speak to administration. House keeping tries very hard. I've found the night crew unresponsive to the alert the residents wear. There are a lot of flies in the cafeteria.

My mother had a personal connection because they visited people there before my father died. It sometimes sparks memories for her.

There was wrong information given to us in the beginning. Those two people are no longer there. They have been very helpful in getting what we needed after the initial wrong info. It has been [time frame removed] and not sure if the cost is still comparable. Gardens of Westbrooke was more budget friendly. Hope this is what you were looking for.

I'm really never there during meal times, my father likes to go out he says the foods no good but I'm sure that's because he want to eat out:) Overall they have been really good to my dad, they always act genuinely happy to see him. It makes leaving him a little less terrible!! Yes we would recommend the Eastbrooke Gardens community to other families, they just try to show up and take your loved one out regularly and unannounced, that way you can see exactly what is going on in the facility

I am having some isolated issues right now and I'm not happy. One thing is they don't get back to you very quickly sometimes you have to ask again or call again to get a response.

The reason we gave it an overall 4 stars out of 5 is because sometimes the nurses response times are great and other times not so much. However the staff members are really good folks here, they are always interacting with the residents. The have a lot of different activities going on and the meals are super good. The way they come to the residents and do their medicine distribution has been really helpful. Overall it has been a very good experience.

I have nothing bad to say, everything is good. I've lived in 3 different communities. activities, activities director and assistants are hands down the best. Here at The Gardens of Westbrooke they do so much to make us happy!

I love it here. All the people that work here are mostly good at there jobs. The kitchen staff activity staff are the ones I have the most to do with. T am happy with all of the other staff them do need help.

The community is very clean, that part is excellent and the staff members are very good. The value for cost is a little stiff, we aren't sure how much our loved one will be able to stay but we would absolutely recommend this community to others.

Nice facility but did not have any Private or semi-private rooms. Very clean and lite interior.

When I was visiting there they were friendly. The one thing they could improve on is when I call, they could answer the phone a little bit faster. Other than that, I do not really have any complaints about the place.

The Eastbrooke Gardens is a nice and clean place. It has a nice home atmosphere. It's not a sterile place. It's very comfortable. The staff has been good. They are nice. My loved one has been here for a couple months. I would say they could improve on the communication between the staff itself. I would recommend the Eastbrooke Gardens to anyone. It's better than most facilities in this area. It's a nice place.

Sunny and bright with many engaging activities for Alzheimer's residents. Staff is caring and experienced. Your own furniture makes for hominess.

I did not like this facility much at all. There were a lot of residents and we were looking for something smaller. The staff were all super nice, but the building seemed older and needed some TLC.
