The W Group

The W Group is all "Smoke and Mirrors" the inside looks ZERO like what is displayed on the site. Staff is controlling they place residents in fear of being stripped of their rights, scared to tell their families how they are being treated, they will CONVINCE FAMILIES that their Parent/Grandparent is "Confused" or "Having Trouble Adjusting Bui Doing Better" Roofs leak, Toilets overflow there is no actual medical staff there to help. If you can count to 25 you can become a "Med Tech, most residents have memory issues the facility and its staff DEPEND ON They twist what a resident says into something that MAKES THE FACILITY LOOK LIKE THEY ARE GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. Lack of staff to clean, residents with skin ulcers can't get a Band-Aid because THE "W" is a NON-Medical Facility. Residents lay in dirty puss filled beds for days. . EVEN IF YOU DESPISE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER THEY DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS PLACE

Administer is very rude. When you call if you get a answer the staff is very unprofessional. The place was dirty. Residents didn’t look so clean as if they weren’t getting proper care. I would not send my family member here after research I done .

Institutional looking, dreary depressing. Small. Gray, sad.

Jeffersonville, beautiful town. That is correct. Retirement experience" at JSL I wouldn't put my mother there. Staff..most workers are friendly/helpful. Staff changes often/ shifts change often. Residents never know who they are going to see. Ad makes this sound like a quality hotel. Reminds me of a "homeless" shelter.Not many seniors here most are younger/mid age adults with assorted disabilities. Noisy and troublesome. One gets 3 hots.a bed & laundry done. SMALL rooms, rundown furniture. Only way to know they cleaned is the smell of clorox in the mop water but floor edges are still filthy. Amenities..NONE except a locked arts and crafts room. Tiny TV room & table.The only nice area is lunch room. For $$$ one can go to Roscoe for the day care program (which is great) Activities..non existant except for tv and table to play cards on. This just scratches the surface.
