I cannot thank [name removed] enough for the incredible support she provided in arranging care for my mother at the assisted living facility. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond in ensuring my mom received the right care. She worked tirelessly to place the right staff members and was so flexible with scheduling, always making sure the fit was perfect for my mother's needs. Throughout the process, [name removed] remained in constant contact with our family, offering updates and making sure we felt confident and at ease. Her dedication to providing caring and loving support was evident at every step, and we truly felt like she treated my mother like family. She is such a kind, compassionate, and wonderful person, and I am so grateful for everything she did for us. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, [name removed] is the person you want by your side.

[name removed] was very happy with the service. I would tell others lookin into them mainly to have task list prepared if there are specific things or assistance needed to be done so the caregiver can work from that list.

They've been very good and very easy to work with. At first we started out with 24/7 care, and now we're down to just once a week. They've been able to help my loved one with showering, housekeeping and companionship.

I think it was really great, and it came at a time when I needed immediate help within the next week. Everyone I worked with and spoke with was very nice and accommodating. It served its' purpose for the several weeks we needed help. It was just expensive.

The staff are top notch. The caregivers we've experienced are very caring. We just added another caregiver, and they are both excellent. To me they are family. Even thought the one hasn't been with us long, she's right up there. The billing is automatically drafted, which is simpler. We were able to add additional coverage in less than a week from when we requested it. So they've done a really good job getting us the help that we needed as so soon as possible.

I got to know all of the caregivers intimately and got to spend a lot of time with them, they are worth their weight in gold. and I do think they could be paid more. There is nothing I would not recommend about this company, they were just phenomenal.

I would recommend this company. Everyone has gone over and above for my loved one. We are happy with the services and the treatment with our loved one.

We chose Home Care Assistance because they are very proficient at what they will do. If they say they will have someone there, they will. The caregivers are all very responsible and caring. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking, they have been great.

They're great. We've had great success with them. My loved one loves everybody that's been sent. We're down to two different ladies, and she loves both of them. They've been great - I can't say enough good things about them. In the beginning we had a few different people until they found someone who could make it regularly this far north. They've worked around our schedule when we went on a trip. If they're going to be a little late due to traffic, they call and let me know. It's been a great experience, and definitely well worth it.

The managers at Home Care Assistance are very responsive to my Mom and Dad's needs. My Dad is the primary caregiver for my Mom who has Alzheimers. The caregiver who helps my Mom is excellent. Great value for the cost. Thank you!

[Name removed] has been providing tremendous care for my mom during these many months of day/night service. Whether taking her to movies, various restaurants or even accompanying her on a cruise, [name removed] has consistently assisted my mom in ensuring her enjoyment being 'out and about'. I fully understand that my mom can be quite the 'handful' at times, but [name removed] is able to smile through the challenges while maintaining her cheerful spirit. [Name removed] greatly alleviates many of my concerns since I live on a different coast. [Name removed] proactively keeps me informed via texts if there are problems that must be immediately addressed (i.e. car mechanical issues, plumbing issues, etc.) so it enables me to quickly resolve the issue before it escalates. [Name removed] has the skills, temperament and willingness to be flexible according to the client's needs while simultaneously ensuring they are safe and happy. I would classify [name removed]'s accomplishments and attitude is of the highest standard attainable. Our Mother absolutely loved her night care assistant and so did we. We had peace of mind knowing that our Mother was so well taken care of.

First off Home Care Assistance is in home care. The staff is absolutely amazing. From the home care liaison to the scheduling staff and the individuals that come to stay with my mother. Everyone is so professional and kind and friendly. I was hesitant at first to allow someone I didn’t know into my house. But I went ahead and started having someone come stay with my mom so my husband and I could get out a couple of nights a week. Home Care Assistance is the best place and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who is looking for on home care for a loved one. Cost varies per month depending on how many days we have a caregiver come to the house

Very pleased with the company's interest and availability to meet with us for an evening appointment. We were impressed by the active listening and compassionate nature of the company representative and felt reassured with the identified next steps. We haven't yet started with service but will be shortly and are looking forward to it.
