The staff was caring and kind. Best thing about it. Housekeeping is good, just didn't like the smell of the Clorox, etc. It was clean, but don't like all the chemical smells. The staff is really good about communicating with the family! I don't think the meals are great quality, but my mother doesn't care at all. And I'm probably not one to ask because I try to eat super healthy. I would highly recommend the facility!

They are not nice people. I was evicted for something that was totally untrue and was not given the chance to tell my side. They took the side of people who absolutely didn't know the circumstances as to what really happened instead of mine. I nothing positive to offer in defense of their actions and would NOT NOT NOT recommend you send anyone there to reside. The reason the office manager gave for my eviction was that I picked fights with other tenants and didn't want to hear the truth.

The facility is horrible. I recommend not placing loves ones. Horrible. Staff do not care!!!!!!!!

Don't send anybody to the courtyard. I don't feel that they have proper nursing care for our needs. According to the ombudsman they aren't supposed to have Alzheimers patients there. It is a retirement village not nursing care. They bathe him twice a week if that. I wouldn't recommend the place to anybody. If you have a father or mother that needs help, I wouldn't put them here. They get a zero stars in my opinion.
