We entire staff from Autumn In Admissions to housekeeping has been great. My mother and entire family was against my mother living my house to move into Laurel Grove. Once they visited the community, met some of the people living here and seeing hope well maintain the community is kept all of them had a dramatic change. My mother's mobility and spirit has improved since moving into Laurel Grove. Be a part of a community and developing new friends has been a huge plus for her. I'm eternally for finding Laurel Grove and the support they provide my mother.

The community was very good with activities and had fun events including music and exercise. The community is private pay only. The community has some services that come in and help out as a stylist. The food was great and they will make meals based on your diet. The community was open to feedback and took care of issues very quickly. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

This is like a 5 star resort! The front desk is wonderful. They have a grand piano in the lobby. There is a courtyard for the residents to use. The staff is great and a wonderful director. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There are full screen TVs with cable tv for the residents in their rooms. It would be nice for the activities director to interact with the residents to engage them in activities.

We are totally impressed and thankful for the services you provide. After a couple of phone conversations with APFM and a visit to Regency House, we had a lovely place for my mom within a week. Thank you!

We have not had the chance to eat a meal there ourselves, but the feedback we have heard from our loved one is that they are enjoying the meals. It is expensive but we do understand the value for a dollar and we think our loved one is getting their money's worth. We would recommend this community to others.

Our tour with The Blake was really good. We were impressed with the facility it was nice and spacious. It just came down to the location for us.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. There is no other community I would recommend currently. The community is secure and your must be let into or out of the community by a staff member. The staff is very nice, considerate, and helpful.

We chose New Haven at Little River because it was a brand new facility, we were actually on a waiting list to get in. The apartment sizes are beautiful and very nice. They do have chef prepared meals and they are wonderful. Everybody has been very friendly and we have been happy with our experience. I would recommend to others looking.

Even though our loved one was only there for two months, he received excellent care. We had hospice towards then end and they worked so well with him. The community was very clean and well kept. Our loved one could choose between options when it came to the meals, and overall the dining service was good.

Beautiful facility, wonderful people, peaceful location. Brand-new and modern - very southern casual style; homey and comforting. Loved this facility and its casual fanciness. Top choice.

I had such a grand visit at Washington Commons about a month ago. [name removed] and the rest of the staff were very friendly and made sure I had everything that I needed. I was approached by several different residents of the community while visiting and each of them were super happy with big smiles on their faces. They told me how much they loved their community. Having happy staff and residents speaks volumes about what a Great Place Washington Commons really is.

Excellent , great experience with marketing representative, staff very friendly , lots of natural light Open seating areas , lots good activities, more expensive than others but I imagined very much worth it . Will probably choose this one for my uncle

It's an excellent community, friendly, with plenty of activities. Dad says the food is excellent, and they offer a great selection. He's very satisfied living there. At 95, he even met a girlfriend! The apartments and grounds are all excellent, and kept up immaculately.

Washington Commons is an excellent community full of activity and social engagement for its residents. The rooms are well appointed and bright and staff is always engaged in keeping the community active.

The staff can be attentive towards the residents needs. Sometimes the staff are running to make sure all residents are attending to in a timely manner. The community is very clean. If your loved one is in assisted living they have a big dining room. If your loved one is in memory care they are secluded from the dining room. They do keep the memory care unit "locked down" for the residents safety. The staff are able to get my loved one involved in activities.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are friendly, attentive, and the community has excellent food. The amenities are great. The value for your money is wonderful.

Very nice and the apartments have all been updated. Has in-house nurses.

My mom has been at the Blake since [date removed] moved in a month after it opened. I couldn’t ask for a better place for my momma. It is her home and she has met great friends and staff at the Blake. All of her needs are met and the nursing staff and maintenance staff are there when she needs them. I visit my mom almost everyday and everyone is friendly and they know who I am and my mom. My mom can’t complain about anything except maybe the food. It means so much that the chef and his helpers make my mom an omelet when she asks even when it is not breakfast. She has trouble swallowing sometimes and an omelette is easy to eat. This past year has been hard on everyone but it is getting better. My mom enjoys taking care of her plants and playing dominoes. Thank you to everyone who touches my moms life everyday!!??

We loved The Blake. It was a beautiful facility and they had a lot to offer. My mom has a dog and the apartment they had available was just going to be a little too far of a walk for her. But I would recommend them to others.
