I have lived here for over 4 years. I like it here. I get everything I need - meals, activities, housekeeping. The staff is always great, compassionate, and helpful. It isn't perfect, but nothing is. I plan to stay here as long as possible.

It is difficult to review a community that has been under lockdown so long because of the coronavirus. But I will say under the circumstances that our manager and associates have done a very good job to keep me us all safe.

I’ve been living here for three years and I have seen this place go through many managers but I’ve never seen any manager work as hard as [name removed] to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable.

I feel well-fed and happy living here.

We chose this community because of the price, location, and the size of the community. It is smaller and more individualized so we get better 1 on 1 care. The room sizes are very comfortable. My mom says some days the food is good and some days it is not. Our favorite part about Tallahassee Memory Care has been working with the staff and executive director. She is very responsive and helpful. If something does happen, they always call and let me know.

We chose this community for the location and the dining services. They have a chef they prepares the meals and my mother likes the food. Her apartment is very nice with a vaulted ceiling. The building is nice and maintained. I would recommend this community to other families. It is a safe environment, they lock the exterior front door at night, and it's pet friendly.

So happy to find a convenient affordable, caring community for my mother. Food could be a little better.

The meal server has been friendly....most of the time. I think the food service needs to step it up...needs to prepare more meals - West 2 has been skipped on several occasions- portions have been getting smaller ( I’m a 230 lbs male, and a diabetic) the late delivery has effected my. Glucose level . House cleaning is nonexistent. Kudos to [name removed]! Overall I’m happy with my apartment...it’s small, but it’s size is what I like. Could use a bigger fridge though. Bus service is good.

Our servers are really accommodating! And the kitchen seems to be doing its best to provide warm and healthy menus. [name removed] is doing his bestquaeentin to get us snacks ande some entertainment. [name removed] is his usual dedicated and cheerful self. I wish the last communique would have provided specifics about WHEN we can expect to be out of quarantine rather than two paragraphs of "political" [removed]

The staff here are very curious and helpful. My main complaint is I have roaches in my apartment. The exterminators came and sprayed, however, I am still seeing roaches. I have asked three times for them to spray again but no response from the staff. It has been a month since they sprayed. Please help.

I rated this a 4 except for lack of organization for laundry and housekeeping when personnel changes. I now prefer to do my own laundry. T.V. headphones should be mandatory for all residents.

I think their carpeting could be kept cleaner, which I realize can be difficult to do with elderly people. It would be nice if the hallways and doors were cleaner; there seem to be a lot of scuff marks in certain places. The screens need to be replaced as well. The majority of the staff is very friendly. The director is very nice as well and the LPNs are good as well. Given the circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, the staff seems to be stretched a bit thin, although they do try and seem to be holding up well. Before the lock down, the activities were great and my mom especially liked when they brought in outside entertainment and had a happy hour for the residents.

[Name removed] has been very responsive to our email questions. We are looking forward to hearing from her when an onsite tour is available. This location is on our list of positive options for our mom!

My family and I are pleased with the care you give our mother. She continues to be in good spirits through the situation at hand. Our prayers are with each if your staff, families and residents.

My mom moved into the Forsyth House over a decade ago. She feels safe and secure in the warm and caring environment. Mom has encountered many ups and downs but thankfully the staff of the Forsyth House have always been there with support and understanding. They have also been prompt in notifying me of any changes in mom's well being. During the 2020 pandemic, I am especially thankful for the gallant efforts of the Forsyth staff.

My dad does! Kitchenettes, room for a coffee pot, sm fridge Free laundry Entry didn’t feel as neat and tidy as I thought it should be for a first impression, same with the sales office - if I’m going to pay a community fee I want to have a good first impression when I walk in.

Nice facility, Will keep in mind.

A really nice place. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Hoping that everything works out, it will be perfect for my sister.
