My loved one has really adjusted well to this community, all of the staff and residents have made her feel right at home and comfortable in her new living environment. The dinning room experience is wonderful as well as the various meals they serve throughout the day. I am very pleased with this facility and would recommend it.

When i took a tour of the Madison Estates i noticed that there was a strong odor in the community. I felt that i received a fantastic tour. The person that assisted me with being able to see the whole place was attentive and knowledgeable. The communities prices were very affordable and overall it was a clean place with wonderful staff.

The staff I met during my tour were nice. The food was ok, however they only offered one dining room option. The community was nice and clean.

I felt that everyone in the community that i met along my tour was very accommodating. The tour guide took me all around including the available rooms they had and the activities center. I liked the atmosphere throughout the whole place it was very positive. The housekeeping does a good job because i saw that everything was in place and clean.

The food is very blend there is no flavor to the meals. It would be good if they offered more variety and made sure the meals were more tasty. The staff are great they communicate very well. Activities are offered in the community. Most importantly we feel that my loved one is in safe place.

My mother in law had a short stay at this community before we found out she needed more assistance than they offered. The staff were kind with her. The food was good. They allow pets.

My mother in law seems pretty happy at this community. The food is great I would give it a 5. The community is immaculately clean. They offer daily activities. The staff are professional and friendly. I would give the staff a 4 on internal communication. She has made friends there.

They were great help. The director is great and most of the people are great too. It seems homey like a big mansion. I liked hearing that the staff eat here. There was one nurse who was not great at night however the community has brought this to her attention. Overall it was a great experience and wished my mom was able to fully experience the place.

My mom tells me the activities are not well attended and they are cancelled about 50% of the time. I do not personally know if this is accurate; this is her perception. She was hoping for more involvement from other residents.

We are very happy with the excellent care from this community. The staff is very helpful in everyway to make sure that her needs are taken care of. The activities are offered to her to help stay active. The meals are wonderful and a great variety to choose from. Anyone who is seeking excellent care would be happy here.

I did a tour of this community. Pets are accepted here. The community overall was clean and the staff was nice they explained everything. The tour went well they do offer various activities. This would be a nice retirement community.

I took a tour of this community. They have resident parking available if needed. The community offers on site home care. We had the chance to try a meal it was good they had variety. The person that gave us the tour was nice.

My loved one has only been here a short time, but so far our experience has been a positive one! It's a nice looking place, the staff seems friendly, and they were helpful throughout the whole move-in process.

Mom loves Polo Park and feels that moving to this community was the best decision she has ever made. She likes the staff as they are friendly and helpful. The food is good and they offer a variety of healthy choices. They have so many daily activities and mom really enjoys participating in them.

My mom was at Polo Park for a short time as her condition required more care than this community could give her. The nursing staff and the support staff were great. They offered good healthy food choices and brought food to her room when she was not able to go down to eat. They kept the community spotless and I wish she was still able to live there.

Enjoyed tour. Nice place with lots of nice people! Received lots of good information and was able to see several apartments.

I recently moved into one of the Cottages at The Bentley. The community is well kept and very clean. The housekeeping staff are very kind. Minor issues with food but management is in the process of making changes. A Place for Mom was a great resource for me I don't know where I would have been without them!

This is a good place and we were happy with the care provided. The experience was good and I was very pleased with how well the service was. The meals and activities were fine for my mom. I would return for another respite and recommend to others.

We are still adjusting to the community, it is pretty brand new so they are still working some things out. So far everything is working out pretty well. The staff is good, they have been very helpful. A disappointing factor has been that there aren't many activities offered in the memory care. The community is well maintained, everything is very nice and clean. The food is good, they serve well balanced meals. I know with some time we will become more adjusted to the community.
