I recently had my mom placed here and it took several months for a room to come available. It was well worth waiting. The care team was incredible and made her final time with us special.

I just recently moved both of my parents into this community and I am so glad I did. The care and personal attention is outstanding.

This is the most beautiful assisted living I have ever been to. The renovation while is a pain in the butt to live through has really been worth it.

In this community, the director was absolutely amazing. They worked hard to find food for our loved ones. The level of personal attention and concern was really genuine. I would recommend this community to others.

Very rare that a beautiful facility matches the staff... always a pleasure to have clients in this building.

I was familiar with the old building before Lake Point bought it and it had great bones was very dated. The complete renovation has really brought this place to the next level. I would strongly advise going to check it out.

The community has been very accommodating and patient. The communication is good between the staff and the family and they provide weekly and calls if anything is need

The staff does a great job taking care of my loved one. The rooms are a little small, and the wheelchair accessibility could be a little better. I would recommend this community to others

We chose Avendelle because it was close to our house, they had a very good staff to patient ratio, and we thought it was comparable in price to others we looked into but it did end up being more expensive than we expected. I would tell others to make sure to find out any extra fees that might be added before moving your loved one in here so it is no surprise. We are having some issues with the finances from the facility after my mother in law passed away, so all of my issues have been with that. We are waiting to see how it is going to be resolved.

What stuck out to us about this facility was it was more homey and comfortable feeling since it is in an actual home environment. It just seemed like he was going from one home to another rather than from home to an institution. The room sizes here were very adequate. There were practically no limitations on from when we could or could not visit which was very nice. We were quite pleased with our experience at Avendelle Assisted Living.

I like that the community was smaller, it gave it a homier feeling, I feel the residence received more attention because of the size. The food was good homecooked food. I would recommend this community to others.

It was a pleasure talking with [name removed]. The 2 things she said that impressed me--1. This is the last stop before heaven. 2. informed me of hospice care. I have an appointment with her and hospice to come to the house for an assessment. Price will be determined on the assessment. Because of covid I am reluctent to go visit any facility so may be making my decision of the feel over the phone. [name removed] seems like such a giving, caring person.

[name removed] and her care team really went above and beyond for my Dad. He had a ton of needs and Lake Point was able to deliver on them all. They made the last several months of his life as comfortable as possible.

My only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner.

It really has to do with the caregivers, not the owners. The caregivers make all the difference. The food was good. The room sizes and layout of the community was good. When my father died the owner did not even send a sympathy card which bothered me. I had to reach out to them.

I would highly recommend Allegro. This place is much better then his previous community. They only have 6 residents. When we do see him he is clean and happy. They are good with communication and always answer and question of concern we may have.

It was a very comfortable place for mother in law to life in. The staff were very friendly and helpful with her. It was so much better than where she was and the experience was better for her in all ways. The food was all homemade and looked good. They very were kind and helpful to her and us in her final days. The place was very homey and the care was almost like one of one individualized care. It was a house in the community that converted to a memory care. We really liked it there and our only regret was not moving her there sooner.

So thankful that I found Lake Point! It was difficult to come to terms with my mother needing daily help and no longer being able to live at home, but the staff at Lake Point made me feel very at ease. I love that it's still an actual residence in a neighborhood, so it feels homey, but also is able to provide everything my mom needs - from as much personal care/assistance as she needs to an in-house doctor to nail/beauty salon! Lake Point has it all... even a fantastic personal chef! I can relax knowing that my mom will be safe and secure.

This is really a great community. The staff provide great care and they really seem to care about all of the residents especially the manager. My mom seems really happy there. The food is really good. They do a good job with specialized diets and accommodating my mom's diabetic dietary restrictions. I chose this community because I like that they take a more individualized approach to care and for the cost. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I recently was able to tour this property and found it to be very unique. Its got a residential style that is very warm and inviting. Unfortunately, my dad passed away before we could move him in.
