I like to be able to plan ahead, so when I needed to prepare for a place for my mother's respite care, Silver Creek on Main was generous enough to allow me to make arrangements well ahead of time. The staff was very friendly there, the place was clean, the security was there, and I just felt very comfortable with her there. We has no issues at all.

My brother and I simply love this community. My brother has made a lot of friends already and the people have been very nice. [Removed], a staff member, is so helpful. They have many options of care types at this facility: independent living, assisted living, and I believe memory care as well. Because my brother is in independent living, housekeeping cleans his room upon request. He does have the option to have them clean it regularly for a set price. They do a great job in keeping the entire community clean even though they are in the midst of renovation. With my brother being in a wheelchair, it is not difficult at all for him to get around. They also have grocery carts out by the front door and carts in the garage to help assist tenants with groceries or large loads they need help transferring. I know that they offer a lot of activities and they have many amenities available. They have games, bingo, a crafts room, and an exercise room with all kinds of brand new exercise equipment. They have regular get togethers all the time and social coffee hours at 3:00pm. For the price, amenities offered, and the renovations that they are in the process in, it is a great location.

My Brother-in-law is staying at Silver Creek on Main, and it has been a very good experience so far. I really appreciate how the staff interacts with the families and residents. They definitely helped make something that is very difficult a little easier, and I just can’t say enough good things about the staff. The food there is really good, and I think my brother-in-law is enjoying it. I also appreciate the fact that the community is well-maintained, fresh, and clean. There’s a vibrant atmosphere here, which is very good. I would definitely recommend Silver Creek to others.

Silver Creek was the best community I saw. However the size is intimidating for my parent. It was a bit much and we wanted something smaller to not get overwhelmed by the size.

My dad picked Parkshore after touring several other local assisted living facilities. He moved in last week and the experience so far has been great. He started with a thorough on-boarding meeting with his care coordinator. He loves not having a set time for meals, rather there is a flexible window of time. He says the food is great and there are plenty of choices. They have a physician who visits monthly and a GNP that comes by weekly and Park Nicollet clinic is right around the corner. They have a great local shuttle system that takes residents to shopping, the grocery store, banks, clinics. The front desk phone is answered 24/7. From what I have seen so far, Parkshore is committed to proactively looking out for my dad's well-being. I am very comfortable with him living there.

Delightful people, wonderful food, pool and exercise room, good size library nice and a very active social calendar through the program director. Appears to have compassionate help. The building is well decorated and apartments even the studios are larger than at other place. 24 hour emergency response team. Still looking but very high on my list. The surrounding community in St Louis Park not far from any convenience and is around the area in which I reside.

After we had a tour of this community I decided this was the place. However they were not able to provide the level of care that he needs. The staff were nice and it was clean and a wonderful place.

Good location. Too many floors but well maintained building. Lots go activities. Liked choice of units. heated indoor pool various meal options. 2 year waiting list

My mom has lived at SilverCreek for just one month. Thus far her experience there, and ours as her kids, has been very positive. The building and mom's apartment are lovely, and the staff have been so warm and welcoming to her. She has not been there long enough to take advantage of the activities but I do look forward to that for her. It appears to me that there are quite a number to choose from. The care staff are the critical part of things for mom. On her behalf, I have been so pleased with how her care helpers relate to her. From my point of view as her primary family caregiver, I have appreciated that I can continue to do the things for my mom that I have been doing for years. The care staff help her on a twice daily basis which would be tough for me to do, and this has been great.

Mother loved the look and feel of this place. She will be placed on the waiting list, and hopefully moving in soon.

My mother resided in the community a short time for respite care. The staff were friendly and communicated very well. Her meals were good there were no complaints about them. It was an organized community and very clean. Most importantly my loved one was safe at all times i would recommend the Silver Creek on Main to friends and families.

The staff are nice and helpful when needed. I think they communicate with me well. The meals seems good, she is not complaining. The community seems to be clean all the time. My mom has tried a couple of activities.

I've been particularly impressed with the individualized attention that the entire staff gives to my mom. If she asks a question they stop and help her. They are all so pleasant. The only thing is the ironing out the wrinkles with the laundry, but I think that's more of a personal quirk with my mom. They are so responsive and so accommodating. When she came to tour, when we were still looking, she said it felt like home. They have a great chef, the food is outstanding, the tables are set nicely, and they have a culinary award. They make notations on everything. If I have a question, they can just turn to their book and tell me anything I never even thought to ask.

This is truly a wonderful community and my aunt and uncle are doing very well. It is a very nice facility and everything looks great and smells good. The staff has been welcoming and helpful. They are attentive and very responsive to my aunt and uncle. The food is okay, they do sever a well balanced meal for a senior. They do offer good activities through out the week for the residents. They are caring for my aunt and uncle well. So I would recommend this community.

Mom's overall demeanor has improved greatly. She spends much less time sleeping, eats well, and actively participates in activities.

Top-rated staff. Very friendly atmosphere. Can't put my finger on it, but the facility has a special feeling. Good local management. Not a mega corporation.

They have just been phenomenal. We were referred here by a sister community that another loved one is in. We haven't had any hiccups of any kind. We love both places. They both are five star communities.

It didn't work out at Summit Place Senior Campus. He was 3 or 4 hours and he tried to walk out 3 or 4 times. he wasn't ready for memory care. They staff was great. We may use them again in the future. It would have been a great facility if it would have worked out.
