Our family had an in person tour and we really liked the place, and our loved one really loved the balconies off the apartments. However, they did not have accessible showers which is something our loved one needed. Since they weren't able to accommodate that, we moved to another facility, but other than that everyone was very friendly and nice. The community felt very cozy.

I recently went with my friend to visit her grandfather and was very impressed with how friendly the staff was!
