We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Walden Place so far, they do an excellent job. It is a nice looking place, and the care staff are all very friendly and professional. They've been particularly good regarding communication, they almost always respond to my emails the same day, and every time I've called they've been courteous and helpful.

I’m not really sure where to begin. Your team of professionals made what could have been a very difficult situation a smooth and seamless transition for my ninety year old mother. We (our entire immediate family) have been preparing my mother for this change for over six months; but, as you probably know, she has been, to say the least, reluctant during the entire process. Our initial contact with The Breakers community was with Kristin Milton (Director of Sales and Marketing and her associate Scott) who clearly delineated everything we needed to know – her level of knowledge coupled with her compassion and understanding were equally important to all of us. Next, we had the pleasure of being introduced to Marnie O’Reilly (Move-In Coordinator) who had the answer to every question we could come up with – happily providing additional information for questions we never would have thought to ask. Soon after, Lin Miller (Director of Resident Services) stepped in to the picture. Her guidance with forms, medical information and other legal matters proved to be invaluable. Lastly, and maybe as important as all the others, is your maintenance staff’s commitment to making her new apartment as perfect as possible – Kevin Loebbaka has been a God send and continues to be. Everyone we have had the pleasure of meeting, from the various staff members, receptionists and management team have all been cheerfully receptive to all of our inquiries and, as important, knowledgeable about all of the aspects involved in my mother’s transition to this new lifestyle. They greeted my mother with open arms and gave the whole process a personal touch. We can now see why Senior Lifestyle refers to their residences as “Communities”, because my mother, along with our entire family, feel that she is surrounded by enthusiastic upbeat people (including the other residents) who care - nothing could be better than that. Finally, and equally important, we cannot stop talking about how great the food is – all of us have enjoyed quite a few lunches and dinners in your beautiful dining area with views of Lincoln Park and the lake. From the servers to your Director of Dining, Adam Muransky (who personally stopped by our table on several occasions) - everyone went out of their way to serve us with smiles, interest and delicious food. Thank your wonderful staff and even the other residents for making my mother and our family feel at home – we appreciate your hard work and obvious knowledge and professionalism in handling this important time in our family’s life cycle.

mom is in a good place there at the facility. This is a 5 star rating community. I would recommend to others as well. Overall, the facility is definitely 5 stars.

All I can really say is it is a really good community. It is good so far. I don't really have any complaints.

Autumn Ridge has been a great fit for my Mother so far! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept community, and the care services they offer are just what she needed. The staff here are all very friendly and caring, and they take great care of the people who live here!

It seemed like a nice community. The staff answered all my questions and are all friendly. The rooms were big and the other residents seemed happy here. I dont have any complaints liked what I saw for sure.

Every step of the way, the people at Baywinde were friendly, welcoming and helpful in our process of moving Mom to her new apartment. Baywinde is a very beautiful, clean and safe community. Mom is now able to get involved in social activities and remain independent in her own place.

Brookdale is great place! My mom was able to stay there for respite care while I went on vacation. I had peace of mind knowing she was safe, and she had a great time meeting new people and getting involved with activities. I would use them again and I would consider them once we have to make the decision for a permanent senior care home. Thanks so much!

It was a really nice community and the staff was really nice and helpful.The activities that they provide, seem to be pretty well attended. They have an activities coordinator that is just out of this world and everyone of the staff are very good about dealing with the residents.

My brother and I agonized over putting Dad in a facility due to his advanced dementia. I live in WI and he local to this facility. Management and staff were very patient with us and our indecision. The accommodated many visits for lunch and spent a lot of time talking and planning. When my brother went on vacation, I flew out to look after Dad. In my heart I knew he needed this but it is still tough. The staff understand that and are sympathetic and compassionate. They really do bend over backwards to assist in anyway they can. The food is great, the facility is clean and care is top notch. I am so grateful we found Walden and we can rest easy knowing Dad well cared for, safe and comfortable. Strongly recommended.

Only been there for three months but so far so good. they are caring and make sure their is nothing wrong. I would recommended this place to anyone.

They absolutely love it. They were able to pick out their own carpet and got all brand new fixtures. They say there are too many activities, she can't keep up with everything. They are doing really good. They absolutely love the dining room, it's like a five star restaurant. They have a great view. They are really, really happy.

I can't say enough good things about Benton House in Titusville. When my father (who has early-stage dementia) was suffering a health care crisis, my mother and I explored Benton House as a "step-down" option to ease his transition from hospital to home. The executive director met with us and patiently answered all our questions. The tour of the facility was informative, and the facility itself is sunny, well-maintained and does *not* have a "nursing home" air about it. (The executive director was quick to tell us they choose to use the word "community" rather than "facility" for this reason.) While my dad was in step-down care there, he took advantage of the social opportunities Benton House offered (e.g., a trip to a nearby wildlife refuge, lunches out) and I appreciated getting email newsletters from Benton House with information about these social opportunities. Also, when the Benton House staff observed some caregiver stress/fatigue on my mother's part, the executive director called me immediately--and told me to call her back, on her cell phone, on the weekend! I was really impressed with this level of attention and follow-through. Although my dad is home now, I (as an out-of-state child) rest easier knowing that Benton House is a phone call away in case respite care, step-down care, or adult day care is necessary sometime in the future.

At Spa Day last week, I was very impressed with Jill when she got down on her knees and washed a resident's feet who was having a tough time and Jill didn't hesitate to help her. Everyone at Seasons is so eager and willing to "HELP". I would recommend the Seasons to friends and I plan to.

There are more activities here than I have time to partake in. Jill is enthusiastic, open to suggestions and excellent in her job. The dining room is great as is the wait staff. All of the staff at Seasons are helpful. I would recommend a friend to the Seasons.

I have been at Wellsprings Rehab for a month, and will probably be here at least another. From the very begining I was impressed with the staff cleaning crew, ptherapy people, nurses and the aids, all go that extra mile to make you feel wellcome and in good hands. I know when I leave I will miss the care I was given. The facillity is comfortable, food is awsome, and the rooms are bright and cheery.

They do a great job at Woodbourne Place! Our entire experience with them has been very pleasant. They were a huge help throughout the whole process, and made the move-in as easy as could be! The staff are all very friendly and professional, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. I would highly recommend them!
