Staff very helpful with all paperwork. Clean facility and very careful.

This was a lovely community. It worked out beautifully for our loved one and the experience we were looking for. The staff were good to work with and were very responsive to our questions or concerns about our loved one. The community worked well with the hospice nurses that were taking care of my loved one. The best part of Woodmark was the doctor being able to review my loved one prior to being admitted to the community. It was important to me that it didn't feel like it was in a hospital. We tried to make it feel like my loved one was in a beautiful resort or hotel room. The dining room people on the assisted living side are very friendly, flexible, and wonderful to work with. My loved one is very happy with the staff and ice cream.

Our family had an in person tour and the staff members were very very helpful, everyone we met with was fantastic. The facility itself was wonderful but we were just not interested in the memory care part of it - it was to smaller. However if she was able to live on the assisted living side we think it would of been a phenomenal place

The staff has been loving and caring—CONSISTENTLY. The facility is clean and welcoming. Always friendly and never annoyed when something is needed. I highly recommend Woodbourne Place, and really trust this facilities care. Five stars!!

Friendly staff who seem to genuinely care. It is a small community and the staff are dedicated to their residents. Very clean and welcoming facility. If I have any criticism, not really a criticism as much as a wish, it is for their to be more activities and larger outdoor area for the residents. However, I only get to see things from a distance and there could easily be more going on then I am aware of. Also, the cost, Woodbourne Place is one of the more affordable facilities in Bucks County but it is still expensive for elderly with fixed income. There is no question you get more bang for your buck here. How unaffordable assisted living or long term skilled care is in this country is more indicative of a broken system in this country. All in all.... I am very appreciative of the people behind the scenes at Woodbourne Place. They are good people and they are taking great care of my mother. I recently toured Woodbourne Place and i was very happy with the experience. The staff was friendly and engaging. The facility was clean, inviting, and bright and I came away with a sense that the staff and residents functioned like a close family. The staff seemed genuinely attentive, caring and engaged with the welfare and activities of the residents. I am giving serious consideration to Woodbourne Place as a place for my mom to begin the next phase of her life! I am confident that Woodbourne Place would a great place for that next phase to begin!

I can not emphasize enough what a fabulous team of staff from [name removed] at the front desk, to [name removed] in marketing, [name removed] the Director of Nursing and certainly the Administrator Iris. They are always accommodating and professional. They put their residents needs as the top priority!!

I am a healthcare professional and work directly with Woodbourne Place. They provide excellent care and a very high level of care, so seniors don't end up long-term in a nursing home. I have had excellent reviews from families that have moved their loved ones to this community. The staff and caregivers are very friendly, courteous, and attentive to each individual resident and their family. I encourage you to visit the community to see for yourself!! You will not be disappointed!!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everybody there has been very helpful. It seems like all the residents are very happy. And the apartments are very nice. My only recommendation would be for lower countertops - they're kind of high for someone in a wheelchair.

I’m so happy that we have chosen Park Creek Place for my mom. Everyone has been wonderful and the care is excellent. It can be such a hard decision as to where to place her and I’m so happy we chose PCP.

This has been an excellent experience for my loved one and family. Everything is promptly available, and the service has been very good. The food, activities, and training equipment have been readily available and always neat. The staff are very helpful and responsive to the family's questions or concerns. Some of the activities available are veteran's club, wood carving club, piano playing, and more for the residents to choose from. They even have computer access for the residents. Laundry of linens, changing of linens, housekeeping, the apartment and utilities are included in the monthly fee. There is a washer and dryers in the buildings for the residents to use, and they have elevators available for the residents as well.

I was impressed by the facility and staff willingness to go the "extra mile" and the friendliness of the residents. my spouse enjoys the environment and seems to enjoy her new home.

Our family had an in person tour and Addington Place is very very nice but we felt the size and accessibility of the rooms were a little smaller. That was the only reason we did not pick this community.

This is a great place. I feel that our loved one is in super safe hands. The staff are very helpful and they try their best. There has been times in the beginning that we didn't have all the answers to our questions. There also has been times it has been hard to get in touch with the right person. My loved one doesn't feel the food is up to par; however, the residents are working with the staff to improve this. The monthly fee includes utilities, cable, room, laundry, and housekeeping. The apartment has a full size fridge and a microwave for the residents to use.

I thought Camellia Walk of Evans was a nice place. I liked the location. We had no problems with anything we saw there. The big issue was convincing our loved one to make the move to ANY community.

I toured Baywinde Senior Living and had a really great experience and first impression. I ended up choosing a different community because it fit my budget a little better, and they were willing to waive a couple fees.

It came recommended to me whose family member was here for years. I would highly recommend it. This is a locked memory care facility. This location has 2 floors. Active seniors are on the first floor, the less mobile are on the second floor. They offer activities exercises, chili cook off, ice cream nights, arts and crafts, movie nights, plant flowers and vegetables seasonally. The food looks and smells good. The staff has been extremely helpful. My loved one loves the staff. The staff makes the residents feel like family.

This is an excellent place for your loved one to stay. The community is very nicely landscaped and clean on the inside and outside of the building. Overall I am pleased with the community and feel they are top notch. The meals have been taken over by a new company, and it has seriously declined in taste. I believe this could improve over time. My loved one does have to occasionally wait longer than they would like when the staff answers the call button. It would be nice for the family to be able to stay with our loved ones over night in their apartment. The nice thing is that the community is nicely laid out with not a lot of residents. There are social hour, bingo, exercise classes, women's social time, and more for the residents to choose from for activities. Laundry service, the room, extra care for a fee, meals, and housekeeping once a week is all included in the monthly fee. Bathing, transfers, medication management, and hygiene care is all the community is assisting my loved one with.

I would recommend The Sheridan at Eastside to others for their loved ones. This give me a peace of mind and has a relaxed living feel to it. All the services are provided and this helps greatly. Housekeeping, room, changing of bedding, maintenance, grounds keeping and meals are all included in the monthly fee. There is a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the apartment, as well. Some of the activities are exercise classes, bingo, games, movies, field trips, and more for the residents to choose.
