My sister in law is doing okay here at this community. It has been pretty good experience for us here. We know she is safe and being care for well. They are treating her very well, they have a good staff here. The community looks great, they do a good job keeping everything nice and clean. It is a bit expensive, but so far everything has worked out well for us here.

This is a great community, and my father is doing well here. I know he is safe and being cared for well here. They have good staff, they have been very helpful and kind. There activities available, and the meals are good. Overall they are providing him with good care, and I'am satisfied. This community has worked well for us.

I had a good tour of this community, I was impressed. The staff was all very friendly and courteous. The community looked great, everything was nice and clean. They were informative and answered my questions. It was a pleasant tour. This a good place to live.

I like the cleanliness of the community the most. The food is ok. They do not offer a large variety of food. They do offer daily activities. Some of the musicians that come in are talented and very friendly. The staff is nice and show much compassion. Any questions and/or concerns have been answered or taken care of in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this facility.

My mom is just fine in her new home. The staff are attentive to her needs and it is easy for me to get in touch with the employees. They are able to provide a clean room for her and they maintain the public areas of the community. She is liking the meals that are prepared and served to her.

The staff at Barrington of Oakley are very friendly and offer great care. They communicate very well with myself and my loved one. They have a variety of meal options and choices and my loved one is enjoying most of it. In memory care they offer a few activities for the residents to participate. The community is very well kept and the rooms are kept clean.

Everything has been fine since my move to Evergreen/Wellspring. The grounds and the community are very nice. My cottage is very roomy and comfortable. Everybody I have met have been very pleasant and helpful. All the little things are being fixed and I really like the place.

This single floor Senior Living Facility has a smart rectangular ring layout with rooms off both sides of a nicely decorated wide central U-shaped hallway along the longer East & West sides and shorter North end. A large safe open courtyard with covered patio at the South lobby end is completely surrounded by the building and easily accessible from the half point of all hallways & lobby. The lobby is welcoming and has a large furnished gathering area with fireplace and picture windows that look out onto the long courtyard beyond to the North. A variety of services, dining & activity areas are available at the lobby entrance end of the facility. Circulation is simple & efficient throughout. Many daily activities and a knowledgeable, helpful and professional staff promote both a positive experience and outlook for the residents.

Facility was small but clean. The person who gave us the tour was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It is one of the places we are definitely considering putting my dad to live. They also answerd any additional questions we had. The monthly cost was a little bit cheaper than other places we visited or called. The only downside was the entrance fee of $4500 but I was told that was negotiable.

Overall awesome experience. Staff went above and beyond to make the transition smooth for my parents. Cost is reasonable for what you receive in amenities and service. Kudo's to Ann and the sales staff for making my parents welcome and continuing to support them on a daily basis.

Overall everything is working out pretty well for my mother here. They are taking good care her and her needs. The staff is lovely, they are very patient and helpful. They keep the community spotless. There are many activities and good food offered. She is happy here and I would recommend this community.

My cousin does not currently participate in any of the activities due to his medical issues. The staff are friendly, professional and have good rapport. The food is ok and they keep the community clean.

I used Spring Hills for a week for in home respite care for my loved one. The caregivers were nice and aside from a few glitches in the beginning they are a good service. The administrator Nicole was fun to work with and did a good job of explaining what to expect.

I have no concerns about how clean this community is. It is well kept with no lingering odors. My mom is in memory care and she gets live and musical entertainment 5 days a week. The food is excellent and mom likes it too. The staff are likable and I have no issues with the care provided. I would recommend this community if services were needed.

My dad was only at Spring Oaks for a short time before having to go into the hospital. The staff there are friendly and kept the family updated on his care. He did have a few falls and they let us know right away. The only complaint I have is that they did not check his clothing before sending them to the laundry and he lost a set of hearing aides. The community itself is clean and the food is good. He was happy for the short time he was there.

This is a decent community and everything is going okay for my mother since her move here. I have had a problem with the fact my mother isn't getting bath daily. When I bring up my concerns the staff tends to point the finger at each other. The staff is nice and friendly for the most part. They do a good job keeping the community nice and clean. There is great activities. I would recommend it, just make sure you stay on top of the staff.

We toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. I thought Barrington of West Chester seemed like a very nice place, but it wouldn't be a good fit for Mom. It has a very fancy, country club vibe to it, and I know Mom would be comfortable somewhere a little more down-to-earth. They're definitely worth a look if that is the sort of atmosphere you enjoy, though!
