This is a wonderful place for my mom. The staff is amazing! They are kind and sweet and consistently go out of their way to treat those there like a member of their own family. The management team is the best. [Name removed] is wonderful...very grateful for her everyday! [Name removed] too - so thankful for this wonderful community!

I could not have found a better place for my wife to live. I leave here everyday knowing she will be loved and cared for in every way. I can now sleep at night knowing she is in the best place for her!

Autumn Grove has been the best possible home for my 95 year old mother. She has been here 2 years. The care and love she receives each day is unbelievable. We had a negative experience at her previous memory care facility. Autumn Grove has restored our faith in elder care. Mother is treated with respect and as a family member. We can't thank the staff enough.

It is a very nice place. Much better than the large nursing homes. Pretty backyard, very nice care takers. The food is good. It's too cold inside. My mom does not like ceiling fans on. Everybody is very nice.

Very loving and caring staff. I like that it feels like home because of small environment. The staff always there to help residents and the families, [Name removed] and staff very easy to talk to about anything. Glad my mom is here in a loving environment.

I toured this company (Katy location) and it's great! I was welcomed by the manager, the nurse and the caregivers. It gave me such a homey feeling. It smelled great and all the employees seemed like they loved to work there. All the residents were doing an activity and seemed to be engaged at all times. Their yard is also very beautiful.

Loving and caring staff. Residents always engaged in activities. Lot of music therapy. Small environment more conducive to memory care residents.

I've been here with my loved one and the atmosphere is very friendly.

We moved our Mom out of a high end memory care because they were not pureeing her food. She had lost a shocking amount of weight! It was scary. Autumn Grove is wonderful to my Mom! They puree her food, attend to her every need! The staff is caring, warm, and friendly! Couldn't be happier!

I toured this facility November 23rd, I'm looking for a facility for my mother she's been diagnosed with dementia I feel in love with Autumn Grove it was clean, the residents was up and being active, they had the music playing their caregivers where great it was so much love floating around that building. I give this place 5 stars, and I recommend it a 100 percent, the lady that toured me name with [Name removed] not sure of her last name but she's. fantastic

My mother has been at this home for 10 months and the staff and care has been wonderful. They have gone above and beyond meeting the needs of my mother. My mother is very ambulatory with minimal health issues other than dementia. Many other residents have additional physically debilitating health issues, but I have observed over and over again the one on one attention that each resident receives. The staff meets each residents needs individually. They have been great at communicating my mother's needs and involving me when necessary. There has been some staff turnover since my mother moved in, but I have been pleased with the same standard of care and knowledge each new employee has displayed. This home is small, which I was concerned about initially. I felt like my mom might need more stimulation than they would have been able to provide, but in the end, I think this was the perfect choice. I completely recommend this memory care home.

After removing our mom from two different facilities we happened upon Autumn Grove in The Woodlands. (She had fallen and had a neck fracture and no one seemed to know anything about it at the previous facility) we found Autumn Grove through A Place for Mom. Best decision we ever made. The director, [name removed], is the most Hands-On, loving, caring, person we had the best place for Mom ever met. She and her loving staff took care of Mom for two years until her passing. I could not recommend this facility more.

My mother-in-law is doing very well here and their staff team is doing well for her. They are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The community is small and my mother-in-law likes to be around people, so I think it is a good fit for her. I am very satisfied with them every time my husband and I visit. Since we do not live very close to the location, we tend to visit every Saturday or Sunday. I never tried their food, but it does look good. I saw the desserts that they offer; one day that had a cobbler with Blue Bonnet Ice Cream which looked really good. I know that they feed them very good there and they do all of their own cooking on site. They change the food daily so they’re getting a variety of choices. They also keep the place very clean. When I walk in, the first thing I’ll try to find is an odor. I haven’t noticed any at this facility which is really nice. I would walk into her room and make sure that her bed is made, which it always is when I visit. They also have little hobbies/activities for the residents like crossword and puzzles. Every Wednesday they have a lady that comes out and plays the piano and sometimes they play gospel songs. Overall I would recommend this community. Even though that she’s only there temporarily, it seems that she is adjusting well.

We toured this community. The staff were nice and caring to the needs of the residents. We like that the community had a nice clean environment. The menu was appealing and the activities would have been offered. This was a nice atmosphere and we would recommend this community for other families.

A lot of the residents have advanced care needs but my mother seems to cope with it well. She stays in her own little area and talks to this lady sometimes. They offer individualized care and there is a small group of residents. The staff does a very good job. They make all the meals from scratch and serve things like meatloaf, apple pies, and cherry cobbler. I am very comfortable with the care my mother gets here.

This isn't your ordinary personal care home, this what people call home. The Fletchers run a top notch home with a "hands on approach" and are some of the finest people on the planet. I wouldn't hesitate to place a family member at The Pines at Oakhurst, because I know they will be getting the best possible care and will be eating good healthy meals 3 times daily.

My Grandparents stayed here and the people were amazing. The place is very clean and the food is amazing here. We even recommended our friends to put there parents here they loved it as well.
