I would only market it as a totally totally independent living facility. There are basically no senior services there. And it is very loud. A poor build. I strongly recommend living on the top floor. [name removed] was great initially. I have not interacted with her since. She would probably be responsive if we needed her. (My loved one lives there). He may see them when when he pays his rent. Organized Outings WOULD have been great! My loved one just moved in. Maybe they could do a mixer for new residents. It's very aesthetically pleasing so it makes a very good first impression. Nice fitness room. Storage there $[removed[/month is good. We are waiting for a garage ($[removed]/month).The only model that was available is the Adonis. The main area is nice, but the bedrooms and balcony are teeny weenie. The hallways are very long. Not good for someone non-ambulatory. Beautiful quiet-close cabinets, stainless steel appliances , granite counter tops, Pretty-when-new but low grade carpet. Valet trash has been great for loved one. There were zero inward-facing apartments available (Where the botche ball, fire pit, etc. are located) Oh, and step-in shower stalls, No tubs to step over into! loved one has grab bars, but I don't think that is automatic.

I am currently a resident at Encore 55+ Boutique Apartments and everything has been fine for me here at this community so far. Overall, Encore is a great place. The cleanliness and friendliness is pretty good. The value for cost, staff and activities are pretty good also. However, be aware if you ever pay the monthly rent late. After one day, it is an eviction! They don't accept late, even by mistake.

The big disappointment is that the appliances and cabinets are were not selected with older people in mind. 1). Lots of kitchen storage shelves that are low instead of pull out drawers. 2). The refrigerator unit that is most frequently accessed is on the bottom - freezer on top. 3) The washer and dry do not have buzzers indicating that they are finished. It is a quiet facility. There are a lot of resident lead, good activities available.
