The reason for the 5's. Is that I really like the staff and facility. Also, [name removed] liked it there also. If she needs to go back to a facility I see if they have an opening. Rooms are fairly good....

Not a good experience
We did not have a good experience, but others seemed to like the care. I think if you agree to use their home health or hospice it might be better. Didn't seem right to me. They tried very hard to push their own Hospice Care, didn't want to work with the one we had. My mom's care was compromised due to the disruption between the care provider and hospice.
