They have done pretty well. We have never had any problems with them. They are reliable, and the billing has been fine, no issues there. I would give them a five.

The entire team is so caring and attentive. Each caregiver treats mom like the intelligent adult she is, with respect and dignity. Right At Home allows me and my siblings the peace of mind of knowing mom is safe and healthy and well cared for.

They have really been outstanding. They were watching my husband closely when he had a fall and was right there to take care of him first, then immediately contact me and let me know. She then went with me to the emergency room and stayed with me while he was seen by the doctor. She did a very good job.

The care givers we have had come out have been just excellent. My mother has dementia and they are all very well aquainted with the sort of care dementia patients need, and they go out of their way to provide the best care they can. They really bend over backwards to help out. We are very pleased with Right at Home of Middle Tennessee.

I called Patty to arrange care for my mother in law. Mom was not in the healthiest condition when we moved her home after a stint at a local nursing home. Within weeks mom had improved more than we could have ever imagined. The staff has been amazing to work with there have been a huge source of information. We have care everyday, and we will eventually need much more help as mom ages, and patty and her staff will be right beside us helping us through the next transition.

They only worked with us for about two or three weeks at the most. They were doing great for the amount of time we had them. Q did a fabulous job for us, he was very proactive about doing things without having to be asked. He not only helped with an emergency but also took us to the hospital, and stayed with us the whole time. They were a real blessing.
