Paul Spring is definitely the best in the area! The building is well maintained, its bright, clean, and beautiful. The outdoor area is gorgeous! It has a gazebo, walking path, pudding green, garden area, Bachi ball area, small dog park, seating lounge area lots of trees. Love it!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable from nursing to the business office. All of the residents I spoke to while touring said they lived living here and the amenities are great..I would feel very comfortable with placing my loved one here

We moved my father to Bay Lake a few weeks ago from a different assisted living facility. It has made the world of a difference in him. He has expressed nothing but good thoughts about his move. He was very withdrawn and depressed before moving to Bay Lake. He has started to enjoy life more and it has improved his health. He is participating in his physical and occupational therapy with much more interest now and that has improved his mobility. [name removed] made moving to Bay Lake seamless. Any issues we encountered she solved. [name removed], the Director of Nursing, has been extremely helpful. Everything about our move has been positive! Dad has also loved all his meals!!

Loved every part of this community! There is such a family-like atmosphere surrounding the beautiful grounds, it makes you feel right at home. From the concierge’s smiling face to the servers in the fine dining experience- the staff all around go out of their way to ensure all are treated with ultimate respect and care.

Paul Spring Community is not like any other senior community. As soon as you step in, it has a sense of home. Every staff member is so kind, respectful and professional. The residents seemed so happy and well cared for. I wouldn't look any further for a senior community. I highly suggest in getting a personalized tour, have lunch with a resident and perhaps stay for an activity. They have ample of activities that are available to the community.

The atmosphere is always positive and happy, very helpful and understanding, very clean. Lots of activities, good food, and helpful. In one word, I am happy here. Recommend highly!!!

My neighbor was in need of assisted living after a fall that landed her in rehab. We assisted with the search because she has no family in the area. It was such an interesting experience touring multiple facilities. The ultimate decision was hers but we told her about our tours and shared videos/pictures etc. The marketing director and nurse helped us through all the steps and made it so easy. They even picked her up on move in day! They really went above and beyond for her. We now visit and love every second we spend there. Please go check them out because they really are the best.

Overall, the operations here are well. There may be a bump in the road every once in awhile, but nothing goes unresolved for a lengthy period of time.

The staff is very caring and considerate. They truly have the residents best interest. Their passion is evident in the community and it makes it a joy to be here. The employees hold a high level of respect for the residents.
