The community is very clean, the friendliness of the staff and their care services are excellent. Each residents has watch with a GPS so the staff members know where every residents is. The watch also measures heartbeats, there is an emergency button for those who may fall, the staff will be notified. It also will tell the residents the time and date out loud if needed. The food is great, we have never seen our loved one eat so much he really enjoys it. The activities lady takes care of everything, they have exercise classes, trivia games, and a bus service that takes them out once a week on a joy ride. The gardens are lovely and we are able to bring our pet dog when we come to visit. They also have a doctor on site which is nice, and they are able to bring in X-Ray machines if a residents has fallen.

Very impressed with facility and how welcoming and inviting it is. [name removed] was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I have such a good feeling about this community. It was clean and offered a lot of amenities.

I found Bay Lake to be quite lovely. Aesthetically it was just beautiful. My overall impression was that it was a very nice community. It was just too expensive.

I have recently started working at the Wellington as a CNA and the staff and residents have been so welcoming and friendly. I always have someone here to answer my questions. The Wellington also offers so many fun activities for residents to do during free time. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member!

When I visited the facility, it immediately felt like home. It is pristine clean and everyone is extremely friendly. I had great desserts when I took a tour and it showed how good the food is at this facility. The staff told me they have been there for more than 10 years which shows me they take care of their staff well and that's where I want my mom to be.

I visited the Westmont in search of a place for my parents. The building is beautiful and the staff had lots of information to share.

The staff members at Westmont are so kind to their residents. When you walk into the building you always receive a warm welcome. Mary at the front desk has been amazing at answering all of my families' questions. The nursing staff is prompt and very respectful to my loved one. The marketing team that helped us do the incoming documentation was so patient and thorough. I can't say enough good things about this place.

The Westmont at Short Pump is an amazing new community in the Richmond area. They have so many top notch signature programs that they offer their residents like a university classroom where they can take classes with professors, a movie theater, and a program where they will take care of your pet if you bring one. The Westmont is a hidden gem in Richmond and anyone looking to bring their parents to a senior living community need to check it out.

I have been to many places but Paul Spring is so different. The Size of the apartments, the programs they have for continued education and the food are just so different from all places I have seen. I would reccomend to anyone looking for senior living to go to Paul Spring

Spent a few hours touring The Hidenwood.[name removed] was very professional and engaging. The staff & residents seem to really enjoy each other & the community they call home.

Zsavonne was an enthusiastic, kind, thoughtful and so helpful guide during our tour. She had a specialness that made one feel her honesty about the Hidenwood. She pointed out all the interests and ideas that I want it addressed. I came for a friend today. However, I feel now that I know where my years will be spent when I need a retirement home!

I enjoyed my visit to the Towers. Residents were active and seem to be proud of their community. They were welcoming, and it felt like home. The setting is quiet and private but close to the hospital too.
