I am extremely pleased and impressed with the layout, decor & location. I love the many activities on different floors. I enjoyed the flow of the tour and the detailed information. I love the pleasant atmosphere and family camaraderie. I love the cleanliness and up-to-date features. The outside front is nothing compared to the luxury inside. I truly enjoyed my tour.

The Westmont at Short Pump is absolutely stunning! You feel right at home the minute you walk through the door. The amount of amenities is unbelievable and the residents always have something to entertain their time. I would highly recommend The Westmont at Short Pump to anyone looking! And if you are not sure, do not hesitate to just go take a tour. You will not be disappointed!

[name removed] was incredibly thorough and answered all of our questions, even the ones we didn't think to ask! She was very sensitive to learning about my dad's needs and personality and sharing (where appropriate) past experiences of her own of residents at The HIdenwood that might be relevant to our situation. The tour was very thorough and covered all aspects of the community that we were concerned about. Overall this is a great community and we are glad that the tour experience reflected the good things we had heard about The Hidenwood from others.

Rooms are very nice. Clean, light area, people are friendly. Nice dining area with good selection of meals. Amenities are many.

Very clean - well organized

The Paul Spring community and their staff are beautiful and very welcoming.

What stuck out to us about The Westmont was how beautiful the facility was. We looked at several places but when we came here everyone was just so impressed with the staff. They were all friendly and seemed to be happy which is not always the case in healthcare facilities. Everyone was so accommodating, my dad was not well enough to go see it and they did a video walkthrough with him. Before we even committed, they were great. They go out of their way to make residents feel welcome and included. I do not live in Virginia and they are super about notifying me about things, I never have to wonder about what is going on. My dad loves the food here and they are chef prepared meals. We would highly recommend them to other families looking.

My dad just recently moved into this community, and he has been nothing but happy about it. He brags to me that he can just walk downstairs and go to a restaurant for all 3 of his meals. He attends their happy hour every Friday, he loves getting to work out in the fitness center and watching a movie every night after dinner in their movie theater.

Awesome place! Always clean and welcoming! You have a great feeling walking through the doors. It really feels like home! You can really tell everybody here has a strong dedication to helping others!

I just recently moved my dad in to this location and I am simply amazed by how helpful everyone has been. Right from the start they have been accommodating to any needs I may have and have always been available if I had any questions at all. I know moving your parent into a senior community can be a lot of work but all of the staff here made it so easy!

They have a lot of activities for the residents to participate in to keep them engaged. This is an excellent place to be, especially when your loved one needs care. We have no complaints about the care or community. My loved one doesn't care for the food; however, they have a variety of food options. There is a continental breakfast for the residents to choose from. The dining room is beautiful. If the resident doesn't like what is being served, most of the time the community will fix the requested item for the resident.

The Wellington is a lovely community that is well maintained and efficiently managed. Staff members in all departments are friendly and caring. It’s clear that their focus is on resident well-being and satisfaction. An abundance of activities and delicious dining attribute to the community’s appeal. Be sure to make time for a visit!

I was impressed on my tour that every staff member we passed said hello or greeted us. Everyone was smiling and it seemed that all of the employees greatly enjoy working here and had a passion for their jobs. It brought me great comfort to see this!
