Thoroughly impressed with the facility. The cleanliness and amenities are what sold me for this property. The staff was friendly and the residents look happy.

I am a hospice nurse, whenever I come to the community the staff is always professional and helpful. They make bread at the front desk and the smell always makes my day.

The employees here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a very pleasant experience every time I come to the community.

I go to Ashleigh at Landsdowne a lot for therapy, there staff truly care about the residents. Nothing like what I see in other communities. Great place for mom/dad

This community is located right behind INOVA and is in a great location for loved ones. Coast came in average from the other I called. The community relation director was very informative and was very quick to get back with me.

The Barrington at Hioaks presents very well! They are currently undergoing renovations, however, it is very clean and tidy. They have team members that have been there for decades, which speaks volumes from their smiles and engagement with the residents and tours! The rooms are clean and spacious! You will NOT be disappointed in touring this lovely Community!

Great staff in all departments. It is very important they take the time to get to know their residents and strive to exceed expectations. New gym and other renovations recently completed are eye catching. Residents I spend time with are very satisfied with care.

Seaside at Fort Myers is truly an exceptional community. The staff are kind and welcoming to everyone that walks through the doors! From the enriching activities to the delicious food- It truly has it all! I highly recommend the community to everyone in the SWFL area.

What an amazing place. I love all that they have to offer with their activities and food but everyone is so friendly. Will definitely reccommend to others looking for senior living. Love the size of their apartments.

First impression-home and not some facility. The lobby is well decorated and just feels like a place to be. The rooms at Bay Lake are top notch. All staff are caring and very attentive to the needs of residents. They provide fun and engaging activities like bingo, visiting car shows and paint and sips. In addition to the wonderful activities, they have a whole room for study at RUI University that allows residents to continue their life long passion for learning. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner are always well prepared and delicious. They also take pets and have a program called Leash on Life where residents can be assisted with the daily tasks of owning a pet. Located on Shore drive in Virginia Beach families have a plethora of attractions and places to visit while visiting a loved one. You can smell the Chesapeake Bay in the air from the open air terraces. Overall this place is 2nd to none from the rooms to the amenities it sets the standard for what all seniors earn and deserve.

This Community has so many options for it's residents from the scenery outside the windows to the activities that are going happening on a daily basis. Mom can’t stop talking about how much she loves it here. She brags to me that she gets to go down to their dining room for every meal and have someone else cook for her! I’ve been completely over the moon with this community and their staff!
