Very caring people.

Everyone is very friendly. The staff responds quickly to any problems. The staff members is available 24 hours each day.

My husband passed away while living here. Through it all, the staff showed caring and compassion and accomodated us in more ways, than I could possibly have expected.

The management at RosePointe is excellent because they communicate well with residents, anticipating needs; flexible in meeting residents' requests. They allow an internal newsletter produced by residents. They seek residents' input. They explain costs and budget matters.

Everyone, residents and staff are so very friendly and helpful! I love all the activities. The dining room is lovely and the food is delicious.

At Rosepointe staff and residents work together to include everyone in the community. That kind of commitment is at the heart of all that goes on here. People are invited, not harassed, to participate.

Staff, employees, and building are very clean, well kept up and cared for.

There is good, and quick responses to requests of the residents. They are friendly, and welcoming. They have an excellent variety of activities for the residents and delicious food service, housekeeping, and transportation available.

My husband and I enjoy eating in the dining room for many reasons. The food is nutritious, hot, great tasting, friendly servers, and it is a place to get to know our neighbors. We are grateful for all of their great work.

Upon arriving at RosePointe, I have experienced a most satisfactory and surprising living in a senior facility. I have made it a personal living condition to my needs as an independent senior on the cusp of needing a social and more caring place to enjoy the safety of my senior years. My capabilities continue to be of a satisfactory nature of which this facility provides special events for body and soul. I love the surroundings of the outside park setting of nature. The convenience of choosing what dietary foods you need in the dining and bistro areas, is a real plus. If I do not like what is being served I can always prepare my own meal, but I do like most of the meals served. I also like the organization of the dining room and the ambiance of others. Only downside is I wish the Bistro had longer hours.

Absolutely love it here at RosePointe! We have been here for 7 years and this community has all the things a person could want. We are a small town feeling in the middle of a big city. We have fun, educational meetings, great dining, entertainment and excursions. Also, many clubs, library, beauty shop, exercise and the staff is exceptional and caring to all of us. There are so many more amenities you just need to come and see!!

RosePointe I has an active, engaged, and friendly community that is a place that offers many amenities, including fine dining options, a large selection of resident-led social, spiritual, and educational activities, a well-informed and helpful management team and staff, and a clean, well-maintained building and grounds. One feels welcomed the moment they enter the building. The management team offers an excellent Aging-in-Place approach, by providing solid programs that address the needs over the lifespan continuum of senior living. Overall, I believe if you are looking for a caring and engaged community, with a competent and supportive management team, overseeing excellent facilities and amenities, then RosePointe 1 is the place for you.

I love "eating out at home" at RosePointe! The staff is friendly, skilled, helpful. If one at dinner doesn't want the main course there are three alternatives from which to choose at the same time we sign up to eat. The food is varied paying attention to low carbohydrate, low sugar, low or no salt: ie. nutritious. The Bistro at lunch has a main offering with alternatives we may choose, too. There are comment slips on dining room tables to comment. I tell the staff "thanks for your work. You're appreciated."
