I’m going on my eighth year here at RosePointe and I still LOVE it here! It’s kind of like living on a college campus. We each have our separate “dorm rooms” (apartments) as well as plenty of common areas...

Safe and Secure

I moved into RidgePoint recently, and one thing that has amazed me is that both the other residents and staff are so friendly and happy to see you. The weekday staff are very knowledgeable, but I have found the weekend staff to be less helpful. The food can be hit or miss. They offer three paid meals each month as part of rent and some meals are quite good, while others, I would not feed to a dog. The cleaning staff keeps the community as a whole very tidy, but they seem to be less thorough in the apartments. I've also found that the appliances in the apartments seem mismatched and outdated, and that it can be difficult to get any kind of support for when I'm ill, etc. I will say that they have many activity programs here, and I'm looking forward to gardening in the spring. While some things here could use improvement, on the whole, I have been delighting the safety and security of RidgePoint. All in all, I feel they have done a good job.

Staff is Communicative

The staff is very friendly and they seem to communicate well which I think it the most important. I have no complaints so far ever since my loved ones moved in recently. My loved ones have told me that the food is good and their menu changes daily. They have events and activities every so often. They just had a Halloween party and they have Birthday Months celebration. I recommend this community to others looking for a place for their beloveds.

An excellent place to move to. The staff is very friendly & willing to assist. The residents are friendly, sociable, and willing also to assure your stay at RosePointe is also what you're expected. The white table cloth evening dining is a evening highlight that results in a sociable evening.

Review of RosePointe - Roseville, MN

ROSEPOINTE is a very friendly and welcoming community. There are many places for residents to gather - for games, for conversation, and just being together. The free coffee service facilities much of our interacting with other residents. The setting and location is away from the traffic, and the "woods" and pond, and wildlife encourage us to be outdoors.

Nice community & it is Pet friendly

My mom is settling in well here, the community is very nice and clean and it is pet-friendly as well. My mom enjoys going to the dining room and visiting with the other residents, and she has taken a few of the field trips out and about and to church. Mom is also starting to be a part of some of the activities they offer as well.

I think they are doing a good job.

I think he's really happy there. I think they are doing a good job. I think the only thing is that he doesn't see as many people as he thought he would, maybe it's the winter. He sees a lot of the same people all the time. He likes the heated underground parking. He says the food is very good, and he is an extremely picky eater. Sometimes the elevator sensors don't automatically stop the doors from shutting, and having some automatic doors on some of the heavier doors, would be nice. For all the amenities, they have it's very reasonable.

We are very pleased.

We are very pleased. They are very clean and the staff is friendly. We chose them based on the Atrium they had, if you took two eight story buildings with an underground tunnel and that has a centerpiece with a glass ceiling, and feels very much like being in a garden, but has a controlled environment and temperature.

I liked it but some of units need a little work. Sliding glass doors that are warped. No air conditioning in bedroom only living room. Should not be that costly to keep up maintenance.

Nice location!!

I had recently taken a tour of this community and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where easy to work with and provided me with lots of great information on everything they had to offer. I liked the location of this place and thought the property was very well maintained for the residents. It was just not the right fit for myself in the end decision.

I love it at RidgePointe!!! If you want something to do it’s available if you don’t no pressure!! Love my apt. Very light with big windows which faces east so I get the morning sun. Staff is great, food great too, and I love the weekly cleaning.

remodeling is terrible

I was looking around just before voting and the lobby is atrocious. Carpet looks like the padding you put under the carpet. Wall has too many pictures, looks like a museum. Waste of money. Heard residents talking about their drafty windows, or appliances that don't work, cracked sidewalks. Seems management is more interested in the place looking hideous than having residents keep safe and warm. I would not recommend place to anyone. Safety and comfort should come before a lobby that management thought would be attractive, but It is outlandishly hideous.

Paula wasn't there so the gal at the desk did her best to give us a tour of the public areas. None of the units had great views and they didn't offer private patios so it doesn't appear that this is a good fit for Mom and Dad. Secondly, they have no openings for this Fall.
