This has been an excellent experience for us so far. The staff seem to really care about what they are doing, and taking care of the residents. The staff are extremely helpful in answering questions or addressing our concerns. The food is really enjoyed by my loved one. The room, housekeeping, changing of linens, and all three meals are included in the monthly rate. Transfers, feeding assistance, bathing assistance and medication management are some care types provided by the community for my loved one.

We chose Desert View because I liked the atmosphere, the people were all very friendly and he was able to get his own room. They upgraded him because they did not have a smaller room available so they gave him the bigger room for the same price. They had a bunch of sign up discounts and specials as well which was helpful. He is enjoying the activities provided, especially playing bingo. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. We would recommend them to others looking.

We've been happy. It's everything we expected it to be. My mom is happy there. She's made a lot of new friends. I like the fact that she has a somewhat full size apartment rather than just a hospital room. Hers is on the courtyard, which is really nice. She's also on what they call their social hall, for the people who like to hang out after dinner and talk in the hallways, which has worked out well for her. On the food, she says they serve an awful lot of rice, pasta, and potatoes. She's really glad she doesn't have to cook anymore, but the dinner meal is not so good, and they end up throwing a lot of food away. But she loves breakfast, which they bring to her room every morning. She doesn't have to jump up and get ready - they bring all that good food right to her. And she's also grateful she's been able to keep her cat with her.

We just officially moved my mom into Capital Hill Senior living yesterday after my dad passed away two weeks ago. The staff was extremely helpful and caring during this very difficult time for our family! This was unexpected and we had to make a decision quickly. We were able to get a nice efficiency apartment for our mother and make it feel homey for her . The staff was EXTREMELY accommodating and did everything they could to help us with any request we had! It was a very difficult decision to make for our mother , and we are grateful to the compassionate people here who made it easier to leave her . The facility was clean , welcoming, and the food was very good !

My loved one enjoys the bible study and exercise class. I feel like for what we get, the price we are satisfied with. I would refer this place to others. The permanent staff is more than accommodating, they are very friendly and do a great job.

I highly recommend Bridgewater to anyone who has a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer's. There is not a program in town that compares to what they have to offer! Their caregivers are amazing and put so much thought into everything they do! What a gem in the heart of Granbury, Texas!

we toured Canyon Creek Memory Care and it was a good experience and tour. we chose another community because we felt that their memory care environment was better suited for our loved ones needs.

We had family that would go eat meals there with our loved one and they always said the food was very good. It is a lot of money but considering our loved one was safe and well taken care of it was worth it. The rooms are very nice, the staff and residents there are very nice and we would recommend the Willow Brooke Point community to other families.

I have had such a rewarding experience working at Bridgewater. Employees put their hearts and souls into this building to provide individualized care for each resident. I truly love it here!

[name removed[ was placed into Park Place Assisted Living where she received excellent care for over 5-years before she transitioned to her eternal destiny. She loved Park Place and her specific room. She enjoyed the daily soups that was served with the meals as well as her favorite chicken pot pie! I noticed that Park Place modified the pot pies to the individual needs of the residents. When her son Richard had been given a short time to live because of medical issues, he insisted because of the great experience he had with his mother there that I place him in the hospice care of Park Place. He too transitioned to his eternal destiny there. The staff are caring compassionate individuals that treat the residents as their own family. Highly recommend Park Place for your loved one when the time comes.

I would recommend them to a family member. Their staff is able to do more. Their level of care is better than the place my loved one was at before this.

I have recommend this community to loved ones already. This is for sure a place to consider for your family. They are so friendly and take good care of the residents. They have activities like bingo, concerts and more for the residents. My loved ones room is also spacious and exactly what we were looking for. This just worked out to be the best place for my loved one.

Rockbrook was really great. They did everything they could to work with us. When we needed a place immediately, they made exceptions, opened their doors wide, and made a room for our loved one within a few hours. They also worked with us as far as fees and things like that. They were taking good care of her and doing things the things they should for her - keeping her hygiene up, trying to keep her brain stimulated the best they could. And they would let us know if she wasn't eating or if she was having any other issues. It was a good place.

upon first impression, lakeshore has a beautiful complex. they have upgraded a lot of their decorations, flooring and painting since we've been in contact with them. the staff up front are very friendly, i'm super impressed with this community.

The people were good to talk with and they showed me the operation of the community. I was considering this community but I changed my mind when I found another community closer to where my mom was from and familiar with. The tour guide did a great job and had a lot of information. They have a bus to take people on tours and to services that they needed.

My loved one is here now, this is a very good community and I have been very happy with the experience.

The cleanliness and brightness of the community really stood out to us as well as the friendliness of the staff members from the moment we met them.

I wish I came sooner. I play cards, bingo. Activities are great so everyone has great time. Everyone is so friendly and staff is best! I love their homemade soups. Food excellent.

This community is great. The community really responds to the residents needs and the staff is so caring. The community have great food and diverse activity. Also all director are very friendly-great size apartments.

Parkside Senior Living was the right choice for my parents. It allowed them privacy, independence lasting friendships, their cat and an educated, dedicated staff to help through their aging journey. They always felt valued. My dad' s wish was to remain at Parkside. The Parkside staff(cooks, housekeeping, RN director, resident assistants, receptionist) were committed to granting this wish. Dad lived at Parkside for 9 1/2 years. It was his home.
