I toured this facility for placement for my mom. It has a beautiful landscape and gorgeous views. The staff were all fantastic and all the residents were happy. This is definitely going to be Moms future home when the time comes to place her.

We were looking for a place for our mom and Vista Court came up as a possible option for us in the Vegas area. Although we didn't wind up moving Mom in because she lives out of state even though we live in the Vegas area, it looked to be a nice place with friendly staff. [name removed] was very informative and helpful in our walkthrough and information gathering phase. He was candid and open about what he thought would be a good fit for Mom.

The tour was pleasant and informative. It was very clean. It did not have an odor. They were very nice and answered all questions.

A few weeks ago we helped a good friend move to Villa Court. She was not sure she wanted to but her doctor and us convinced her it would be for the best as her health had been deteriorating and she needed more assistance. Yesterday she saw her doctor and he was very pleased with the changes she had made with the caring staff at Villa Court. We would all recommend Villa Court for the personalized care they are providing for their residents.

My mom was in Park Place just a short time because she was on hospice. Everyone was so kind and caring and was always there for her and supportive to our family. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for assisted living.

[name removed] & his team do a wonderful job caring for our mother & assisting her daily on her needs for daily living. The team is very professional, caring , friendly & respond in a timely manner to requests, questions, etc. on a daily basis.

They did a really good job with the care service. They were really nice and always checked on my loved one. Everything was good with the food. The value for the money was fair and very reasonable. We picked this community because of the professionalism , I felt comfortable with the facilty, and felt my loved one would be safe. I would recommend to other families.

I wish they could give showers every other day. When laundry smells should be washed right away. Dining tables get washed down at night. More activities on weekends. The staff is great when they come to work . I feel there should more staff so they don't have to wait so long to get help. Wish I could use washers to do their laundry when I visit for a couple of hours.

This facility was really nice. They took very good care of my mom here. She got all of the care, help, and attention that she needed. I couldn't ask for more. Excellent communication with the family. The staff was great and always gave me extra updates/information when I visited. I really appreciated that. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Park Place Assisted Living was an excellent place for my dad. He was only there for a month and a half on hospice. They took really excellent care of him, they provided wonderful care. The caregivers were good, they checked on him a lot. It felt like a homey place and it was very nice.

I have recommend the community to others. We have had a good experience here. The community serves three meals a day to the residents. There are lots of choices to choose from. The staff are good to work with if we have questions or concerns. Some of the activities include dominos, exercises, field trips, and more for the residents to participate in. They have lockboxes for medications in the community.

The food is horrible. My loved one hates food available. The food is cold and the coffee is cold. Each day the community offers a hamburger or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to the residents. There needs to be more variety for the residents to choose from for meals and better nutrition. The community has a new general manager, so I'm hopeful the food will improve as well. The community is taking care of my loved one.

For whatever the reason a family is looking for a facility, it's a difficult time for all involved. They made the experience a pleasant one. I've become familiar with staff and residents. I can be a daughter again. I'm relieved my mom is cared for 24/7.

They have met and exceeded, our expectations for my loved one. It's very clean, and they are friendly. We are pretty pleased. We picked this community because it was clean, and the closet to our budget. It's been a very good experience. In addition, the rooms are larger than most.

I had a family member here and we loved it. The care was great and cozy environment.. would highly recommend.

We had a problematic experience at a different facility before switching to Wisteria Place. The comparison between the two was like night and day. Wisteria Place's facility was not quite as nice, but the level of care was amazing, especially during our loved one's last weeks there before she passed away. We couldn't have had a better experience. The staff is just amazing. They go above and beyond. They were great communicators with our family. And they really do have the best interest and needs of their residents in mind. They also have a physician that would come directly to the facility, which made things so much easier.

My loved one is doing really great at Desert View, and I'm so thankful to have found them. I have no complaints. She's receiving good care. They know her. They bring her what she needs before she asks for it, because they know her well. I'm really impressed with them.

What grabbed our attention right away from the initial tour was the directors enthusiasm, that sold is immediately. We love the room layout, it is outstanding - it is something our loved one can live in long term, she has a little kitchen area and other spaces besides just a bedroom and bathroom. We have not had the meals ourselves and sometimes our loved ones complains but she is eating so overall the meals are good nothing concerns us, no red flags regarding the food. They do have some good activities going on. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend them to other families.
