There really aren't enough superlatives to describe our memory care experience at Capitol Hill. I was there at all different hours of the day, unannounced, and every time I was there, the staff was happy and kind. I would see them holding hands with the residents, joking with them, sitting and talking with them, and always treating them with such dignity and kindness. I felt like I hit the lottery regarding my husband's care. Not only did they take care of him, but they also took care of me.

I had a virtual tour with Villa Court and the guy who showed me around was great, he was super nice. It was more upscale on the outside and just not the right fit for my loved one.

I’m a home health physical therapist that works with some patients at the facility. The staff is helpful and kind to the residents. They provide excellent activities and meals. They have a great physical therapy program and exercise gym.

Everyone is very warm, friendly,and responsive. Harvest Home feels like home. There is no institutional vibe at all. My mom said she liked it there on the very first day. She feels at home which is huge.

My mom loves the activities available to her. She has a full- sized apartment which most of the communities in our area did not have. They have friendly staff.

This facility is outstanding! Staff are professional with everything concerning our senior living in every way! I love to call this place home! It sits in the middle of a quiet neighborhood that I enjoy taking a walk around.

I have found the management at this community to be very kind, polite and helpful. The executive director has actually given me her cell phone number and we have exchanged messages. I was very appreciative of the way that Ms. [name removed] helped with the move-in process with my dad. I was very much concerned with how that was going to look and was a great help and was there to comfort my dad and help him understand that he was in a good place. I am very grateful to her for that. The care staff has been very kind and caring toward my dad and toward me and my family as well. He hasn't required much assistance but there seems to be plenty of staff on duty to take care of anything that he needs to be taken care of. From what I have heard from my dad the food is good and they are timely. They have sing along sessions and bingo and a few days after my dad moved in a lady from al came over and did a bible study which my dad was interested in participating in. His room always looks clean

I recently had the experience visiting Capitol Hill’s Family Pie Night. I was so impressed with the entire atmosphere. I could tell the residents were genuinely happy and having a good time. There was a large number of them that spent the entire evening talking and laughing with each other. Many of them expressed to me how much they enjoy living at Capitol Hill and how appreciative they are of the staff that works so hard and consistently to provide them with enjoyable activities. The pie eating contest was the highlight of my evening, made up of 2 residents and 3 grandchildren. It was messy, and so fun! Great job Capitol Hill! I’m so glad I attended!

The people here are amazing, kind , helpful and caring to the residents who live here. The staff does a great job in making this place a great home to live in! It’s great to see all the smiles on resident faces!!

I love everything about the community. The staff goes above and beyond for the residents. The food is always really good. There is always snacks and a beverage available. The residents really love it here.

It's different everyday! Always something new. I've had no negative experiences. I've lived her 6 months and mostly independent. Definitely would say you need to look at Desert View!

My mom was at Park Place near the end of her life. The care and dedication was unparalleled. Because it’s a smaller community, the staff treats every resident like their family. I highly recommend this community to any family seeking a more intimate environment.

There are five cottages instead of a giant dormitory feeling. I like that the care staff have been there for a long time and it shows that they appreciate the unique personality traits of each resident. There are a lot of fun things that happen there and a lot of people come to play music from the community. It's on it's own little cul-de-sac covered by trees and nature. They sit above San Rafael park so you can see the hot air balloons, UNR, and all of Reno from there.

Great people, caring staff. Our mother is very happy here. She is pleased with the dining arrangements and the food. The other residents also seem very happy to be here. We are happy with our decision to go with Harvest Home and Inwood Crossing for her care.

I've lived here for over 4 years and I can say people are always there to be helpful when requested. My apartment is very nice. I appreciate the transportation, always on time.

We provide care for some of the residents in this community, and we have seen how the staff are able to take care and look after their residents. The community has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere, very suited for people who are looking to have a place that is clean, spacious and at the same time be cared for by staff who goes above and beyond to exceed their resident's needs. Highly recommend this facility!

This was a really good place to put a loved one that doesn't need a lot of care and that they can navigate their way through the community. This is for sure independent living and assisted living. The community will take some residents that have memory care needs, as long as they are not a flight risk. The staff communication with the family is good. The staff will float between cottages to check on the residents, and there are 12 residents per cottage. The staff will rotate so your loved one may not have the same caregiver each day. The community provides a call button on a wrist band the resident can push for assistance. Each cottage has its own dining area for the residents in the cottage. It truly very personable here. If you like the other residents in the cottage with you, you will be set.

I live at Villa Court and I love it. There is so much to do. The people here are so kind and friendly. They have outings during the month and so many activities, too. Please come and join us. It's a great place to live and a great way to live. Hope to see you soon.
