Park Street Senior Living

Our loved one was only there for a short period of time so they did not get to really experience the activities or meals and dining service. However, we liked the community because it is newer, it seemed really bright and homey feeling.

They have a lot of flexibility and are very Inviting. They're very flexible about visiting as well. They do a good job keeping us informed. I just wish they had more inside doctor visits. I'm having to do a lot of transporting our loved one back and forth to appointments.

Overall they have been really great and the staff are all super friendly. The only real complaint I have is that they lost her mothers day gift. It was on her bed and now no one can find it. Also sometimes her clothes go missing and then miraculously show up. I would recommend to others looking, especially for this area. I would highly suggest to others to clean your loved ones clothes so things do not go missing.

Building is amazing! Upon entering the building the staff were very friendly and polite. They all seemed eager to help and all had smiles on their faces. The residents looked happy and engaged. The menu posted looked amazing. Definitely a good place for my loved one.

Great community! Beautiful building and grounds, friendly staff from the time you walk through the door. Treat their residents and families with the upmost attention and respect.

My friend use this community for their respite services. Everything went well, and I was satisfied with his stay in this facility. This is a good community with kind people. They did a good job caring for him, and his needs. The experience was a pleasant one.

I have nothing but great things to say about this community. Everything is working out very well since my mothers move to this facility. I know she is receiving great care, and is in good hands. They have a great staff, and they have been very attentive towards my mother, and her needs. When I come to visit her room, and the community are well-kept. They do provide nice meals, and they have a couple of activities available for the residents. She is safe, and this is a community I would absolutely recommend it. It is a great facility.

Dad has adjusted very well to his move to the memory care community in Bellaire at Stone Port. He is well taken care of - his needs are met, he is safe and comfortable. He has a beautiful private room. And there is a great living area for the residents to share. All the staff is very professional, friendly and very attentive to the residents. The food is good and they have a nice variety. They have daily activities for the residents to participate in. I feel very confident that we have made the right decision for Dad. Bellaire is a beautiful community, very clean and sets a high standard.

The staff is working with my dad very well. The community and dads room is always clean. Dad is really enjoying this community and he has already started to get involved with some of the activities that they offer. Dad enjoys the food and his dining time he is adjusting well.

The Tremont did not work out for my mom, as she had a change in her health status that required a higher level of care. However it is a very nice place-clean & friendly, well managed. Make sure your elder is independent. They were very kind to let us out of our lease early for compassionate reasons & I greatly appreciate it.

The facilities are very nice and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. The care services are a hit or miss with additional services. It is very expensive and my parents don't consistently receive the services paid for

Bellaire at Stone Port is a really great place, especially for someone with normal age-related issues. My loved ones condition is unique and rare, and there are some things that we need/want that they aren't familiar with and have never done. For anyone with unique needs, I'd advise them to really dig into those concerns at the front end. Just find out their familiarity and comfort level with any unique problems.

Unfortunately our loved ones experience was relatively short but it was to no fault of the community, we felt the staff genuinely cared for our loved one and the other residents there. They had pretty good response times and they always seemed to have great participate between the residents with the activities. The community itself was very clean.

I would tell others that if you are going to be able to visit your loved one regularly, and don't expect clear communication towards the family this community is adequate. The staff communication with the family wasn't clear during in person visits, over the phone, or via email. Also, the intercommunication of the staff members on the different shifts didn't happen well. The care of the resident was excellent. The staff was difficult to locate at times while visiting of our loved one. The staff was able to get to know our family member well and the preferences they preferred. For a resident with a good memory and needing a little assistance, this would be an excellent community for them.

Very Lovely Location. Staff were really warm and friendly. Unfortunately My Loved one was only there for a brief time.

This is a clean and nice community. My brother is doing well since moving in. The food is good, nutritious and there is a good variety. The staff are wonderful and there are a lot of activities he enjoys participating in. They are hoping to add more activities once they get more residents.

Food is fair and facility is clean but understaffed and it has frequent turnover of personnel. Unfriendly environment.

Based on the experience we have had with Regency at Augusta, we would recommend this community to other families
