my mother-in-law just moved in! when I first toured Pacifica Northridge, the staff and residents all were so friendly. I knew good things were happening here. the staff has been so helpful in a difficult situation, exceeding our expectations with the transition!

the staff goes out of their way to make each resident feel special and cared for. my sister seems to like being near other residents and relates to them to the best of her ability with good cheer and smiles.

great staff! they go the extra mile caring for their patients. very comfortable, welcoming environment, fun activities for the residents and located in the heart of the valley. you'll love it!

I just toured The Park Lane with my son and I will be moving in in about 6 months. The Park Lane has so many amenities and the residents I talked to were so friendly.

living at The Park Lane is like living aboard a deluxe cruise liner. once you select your accommodation, you never have to leave it. all the amenities are there. you can order room service or eat in the dining room. there is entertainment, lectures, and excursions as well as exercise classes, crafts, and happy hour. exceptional views, including fireworks, can be seen from the Vista Lounge at the top of The Towers. A Roman-style spa, well-stocked library, and an exercise room are available as well as a mahogany-paneled room for playing poker and shooting pool. there is even an exclusive store, the Serendipity. a beauty salon and massage parlor make living at The Park Lane almost perfect, that, and the exceptional staff led by the Executive Director. all aboard!

after my visit I was able to see how the community will help my father in law. [name removed] was able to work around our schedule. my dad is very excited to move in to his new place.

I love this place! it always smells good when you walk in. the music is playing. the activities are great. I can't say enough good things about this place.

I really like The Park Lane because there is a lot of people and you can visit someone everyday. I really like the grounds to go out and walk. the employees have been amazing. I've had staff help me do my make up and get ready. they make me feel independent. I also like my room and its slowly coming together. I like the activities we have around the community. I also like the location we are in, its very close to everything.

my parents have lived here for 10 years. we have so many great things to share about the community. the staff is exceptional. the activities meet many different interests, the building is welcoming and the food is delicious. the two people I really want to give kudos to are [name removed] and [name removed]. they add so much love and compassion to the residents.

I come in to see patients in the facility several times a week. the staff has always been so good to me. [name removed] and [name removed] always welcome me and help me if I need anything. [names removed] are always helpful when I need something from the kitchen for one of my patients. the med techs and care staff are always kind and helpful to me. I always enjoy coming here. I feel like family here.

this facility is close to stores and eateries which is nice for our loved one. the caretakers take interest in the residents and go out of their way to include the residents in all activities. from the reception at the front door to the top of the chain, we have found this to be the perfect facility for our loved one as he is able to keep his loving dog, [name removed}, at his side.

My mom was here for memory care and it was a great facility all around. All of the staff members were wonderful. I would highly recommend Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley for anyone looking for memory care for themselves or their loves ones.
