Pacifica Senior Living

I have found the community to be caring and friendly. They are taking good care of my sister-in-law. Moving from her own home has been very difficult for [name removed]. Change is hard. Pacifica has been very patient with her and I definitely appreciate that.

The staff was awesome at this facility. Communication with the family was good. Everything was clean and pretty. It was very comfortable. The meals were good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Definitely looks like they are taking good care of my love done. She's always clean and seems to be doing well. I would definitely recommend to others. I've visited many facilities over the past year and a half, and Pacifica is leaps and bounds better than any I have seen.

We were very pleased with Pacifica Victoria Court. The staff worked very hard to not only transition my father-in-law but to transition our family. Texts, photos, updates came regularly during these first difficult days. They could not have been more sensitive to making our dad comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and friendly.

The staff are really great to work with. The resident services director LPN is very efficient and takes a great interest in all her residents. The management personnel are also very accommodating. I cannot rate the food as I have never eaten it, but my loved one here really seems to like it. I can't say in detail right now any specific improvements they could make on the activities, because I haven't been there since January. But based on talking with my brother perhaps more events and more variation. I believe they just hired a new activities director, so that may change soon.

Cleanliness got a 4 only because at the front door entry there is often a bunch of bird poop on the ground from the resident birds in the above rafters. Gives a poor and unrealistic perspective of the cleanliness inside of the facility. I do not have a good perspective on value, but do know the the facilities that we toured were comparable in price. Compared to the other sites that we toured this site by far felt the warmest and most welcoming. The staff is all very nice and goes out of their way to be helpful. We have not come across the staff member yet that we have not felt that way about.

Our family and loved one have had a good experience with Meridian at Lantana. The staff communication with the family has been very good, when we have questions about our loved one. The main concern that we have is that the community seems to be short staffed. This causes concern for care for our loved one and other residents.

Pacifica Senior Living Vista was my second choice if [facility name removed] didn't work. I was just a bit concerned with the distance from the room to the dining area for my mom as she uses a walker. The staff was very nice, the food smelled delicious.

[name removed] was very compassionate, graceful like her name. Expressive on what her community takes care of residents. Explained details from beginning to end. I was not rushed.

Pacifica Senior Living provides a level of living space and assistive services that is unique in our community. Friendly staff and residents make the transition from independent to assisted living less frightening.

Beautiful facility and setting with awesome views facing west. Lovely studio with balcony. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

My almost 90 year old mother-in-law lives on her own. While we would like her to make a choice now, she's pretty independent. The facilities and services we saw here look like a great option for us when she's ready. It's a match.

We loved that the place is clean, smelled very good, people were very welcoming, beautiful decoration, and lots of activities that are very interesting to keep the residents active.

What we really like about Tampa Gardens Senior Living is the location and the quality of care they provide. When it comes to activities they mostly have just movies, bingo and musical performances. I think there are bus trips to various places but my mother can't really participate in those.

I have found that the staff is excellent in their caring for my wife. The grounds are very pretty. It does not seem like Assisted Living, but rather a group of cottages in a nice setting.

We moved my Mom into Meridian at Stone Creek in September 2022. The staff have been very caring of my Mom throughout her time there and especially so in the past couple weeks as she has experienced a fairly rapid decline of her physical health and will need to add assisted living services next week. The facility is modern, clean, and well-kept, and the apartments are very comfortable. The food in the dining room is good -- it's not an easy task to prepare quality food for so many people, but they do their best. I feel my mom is comfortable living there and that she is well cared for. Thank you to A Place for Mom for referring us to Meridian at Stone Creek! 3/27/23- I have an addendum to my review since so much has recently changed with my Mom's physical health. I already had a very high opinion of the staff at Meridian, but I wanted to give further accolades to the staff and let them know how grateful we are for all they are doing for my Mom. The executive director, the caregivers, the front desk staff, and all involved have truly done a phenomenal job of helping us navigate this stressful time. They have been extremely caring, compassionate, patient, and highly professional. Thank you!

Very caring. Front desk person and activity director are very personable, as are several of the CNAs. Greet residents and family members by name. Can communicate in person, by phone or email quite easily. Could improve tv service provided. A little confusing for older person that is not familiar with Direct TV.

At first there were a couple of things to work out, but after that the care was excellent. The staff and care givers were good to my loved one. And I have to give a shout out to the Hospice Care and their staff. They are/were amazing.
