We did a tour for future living dor our mother. Doreen was excellent. All the staff we met were friendly. Everyone looked like they enjoy their jobs. The facility is clean and the meals looked delicious. This will be one of our top picks.

I came in not knowing what to expect. When my husband and I got there, we were greeted with huge smiles and a sense of welcome. The activities were so fun to see and the residents seemed to be very involved and happy! As we toward the rest of the facility, the spaces were clean the rooms were beautiful and it seemed like a cozy home like setting. We will definitely be considering bringing mom to stay!

I would let others know that they really listen and will try to help you out in any way that they can. The main reasons we chose Hollywood Hills was because of the pricing, the staff and the location as well. I would most definitely recommend this community to others.

Every minute from the initial phone call to the day we moved in my mom, we have experienced nothing short of superior service, exceptional care and wonderful people. She is so incredibly empathetic, understanding, caring and professional. From the day we met her we knew we were in great hands....but....we were blown away on move in day! In 100 degree weather, [name removed] met us with cold bottled waters, a moving cart and helped every step of the way moving my mom in. She made certain my mom was comfortable, that the staff met her immediately and that we were happy and felt comfortable as well. There is never a delay in communication and everyone there on staff is incredibly attentive! We have the utmost respect for [name removed], [name removed] the Assisted Living Care Manager and the staff. You and your loved will be in the best of care!

What we like most about Tampa Gardens Senior Living is the friendliness of the staff members as well as the overall value for cost. Based on the experience we have had so far with this community, I would recommend Tampa Gardens to other families

I like my room and the management and maintenance are wonderful. My room is large and has a large shower. The new management team are doing amazing and I really like the dining room. The food could be better sometimes it is good and sometimes it is ok. We have good cooks. Just the food sometimes is meh

From the moment we entered everyone was very friendly and helpful. If I ever have a question it's answered easily. So far the experience has been wonderful.

My mom and I recently toured Scottsdale Village Square with [name removed]. She was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. She gave us a tour of the grounds which has a beautiful pool, jacuzzi, lots of mature trees and well maintained landscaping with paved walkways. The dining room where they provide 3 meals a day, is nicely decorated and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Although we showed up well past lunchtime, they kindly provided us with homemade soup and sandwiches. We liked that they have lots of activities going on every day with different rooms and gathering places. [name removed] also showed us a couple of the rooms currently available - a studio and a semi-private room. Unfortunately, the 1 bedroom is out of our price range and my mom didn't like the idea of a semi-private so she didn't choose to live here. If money wasn't an issue, my mom really liked the place and ideally would have liked a 1 bedroom. I recommend checking it out.

We had a wonderful experience. From the first phone call, all the way through move in was excellent. Everyone was helpful and respectful of my mom and her needs and wants.

Sales director was very informative and made us very comfortable. A lot to think about, but helped us understand much more.

Every time I go to visit, I am greeted at the door. They consistently check on my grandmother and take good care of her. The building is very well kept and clean as well.

The staff is lovely and caring to our needs. The food is delicious and appealing to the eyes. The patio is clean with beautiful flowers. Home sweet home!
