My grandma has lived here 4 years and every time I come to visit the place looks clean. [name removed] [name removed] [name removed] and [name removed] are so nice and sweet!

We picked this community because it was highly recommend, and the staff/people. Also because of tenure, and their attitudes.

The sales manager was compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and friendly during our visit and tour. The amenities and activities are impressive and will meet my mothers needs well.

So far my mom is happy with the facility. We picked this community because of the price and location.

We were in need of a place for our father very quickly since our mother passed away unexpectedly. Annie and the staff at Tampa Gardens Senior Living were so kind and prompt with our requests. They took our father in same day, even on a holiday weekend. Since he has moved in, we know our day is happy and in the best hands. It is a gorgeous place to visit and have had lunches there as well with him. Everyone knows his name there and treats him like family.

Tampa Gardens Senior Living is an amazing facility for your loved ones. Beautiful facility and wonderful caring staff. Residents have a sense of community, many activities during the year and around the holidays.

A year ago, my mom’s case was mishandled by a local rehab center. They would not acknowledge her dementia and moved her from room to room. Due to being misplaced, she went to bed in the wrong room upsetting other patients. Overnight, they kicked her out and placed her into an assisted living that was not secure, not properly fenced, and had a door to the exterior from her room. I was directed to Pacifica assisted living. My mom was pretty much out of her mind from added stress. With immense help from Pacifica staff, we were able move her into her new home quickly. Pacific helped me navigate applying for the Assisted Living waiver. A wonderful doctor comes directly to the location. He helped navigate my mom’s medications that helped stabilize her mentally. She went from being mean, angry, scared and not knowing who her daughter was, to being happy, joyful, knowing exactly who her daughter is, and is loved by the Pacifica staff and caregivers. I am deeply thankful to Pacifica.

Lunch was great. Pie was as well. Very nice for residents and families. Very thoughtful.

Pacifica has been a great place for my mother.

I’m very grateful that my grandmother has such a nice place for assisted living. I like that it feels homey and not just a room off a hallway. The staff are very impressive with the amount of things they do and the quality of their care. When I joined my grandmother for a meal, I learned the the attendant made sure my grandmother always had the strawberry jam she likes nearby, because (I guess) she only had grape growing up. It’s the tiny moments of care that are very meaningful.

My wife and I did a lot of research. My mom has always been a very social person so we wanted to find a community where she would have things to do and be able to meet new friends. The director we met with was so compassionate and understanding. When she took us around the community she said Hi to each one of the residents by name, you could see that she loved them. You could also tell they loved her too by their reactions to her. Walking around the community you saw the workers sitting with the residents and engaging with them. We stayed awhile to watch an activity. The interactions between the lady leading the activity and the people was exactly what we were looking for, she was really invested in making sure each one of them were include in the discussion. What my wife and I experienced at Pacifica Spring Valley gave us peace to make this difficult decision of finding my mom a place she would call home.

My 9 year old daughter loves volunteering at Victoria Court! Fun place for families and residents! The events are lively and the scheduled live music is always impressive. [name removed] is one of our favorites and also Chef [name removed] themed cupcakes!

Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley is amazing! The lady who gives the tours is kind, empathetic and knows just what my loved one needed. I had lots of questions when making a decision about how best to help my dad when he needed more care than I could give him. She not only answered my questions but helped me feel at peace about my decision to seek a place for him with 24/7 care. This place has tons of activities and fun events for the residents while keeping them safe. They encourage family to visit often and enjoy their loved ones.

The team at Pacifica Green Valley put on a beautiful pre-Thanksgiving lunch for families and their loved ones. The food was amazing and yummy! Great ambiance. Super fun! And then happy hour was the icing on the cake!

We loved Victoria Court and will use them when mom is ready. I went for a full tour and we liked Victoria Court the most. The staff is great,[name removed] gave me my tour and she was very friendly and kind. We liked everything about Victoria Court.

. I rated cleanliness down but mostly because the are doing a lot if updates, stucco repair and paint, flooring changes, etc. They should have thought through the construction cleanup better as they go. Overall a great value for the money I think.

I have lived at Pacifica Senior living Rancho Penasquitos for three plus years. This community is extremely warm and inviting. My favorite part of living here is all the friends I have made. The food here is good and consistent. The servers are excellent because they are always so tuned into each individual resident. The activities are off the chart. They honestly just keep coming and coming. It is an extremely supportive and friendly community where I have made lots of friends and continue to do activities on a daily basis. The staff here take time to truly get to know each resident on a daily basis. It feels great that everyone knows my name, my likes, and my dislikes. The community is currently going through a remodel. They are adding a fitness center and a movie theater. I am extremely excited for these new additions.

At Pacifica Senior Living Oceanside, it does not seem like an old folks home. The facility is modern and I love the fact that they all have little out door spaces and a nice big window to look at all of the beauty outside. The food is good and if you don't like what they are having you can order from the always menu and pretty much get what you want. The staff is friendly, kind and prompt when called on by a resident. I placed my uncle here in Oceanside from Fresno and what gives me such peace is that the residents are accounted for daily and have help if they need it a the push of a button! I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living Oceanside to others.

First of all the service here are fantastic. I would like to give a special shout out to[names removed] for their caring attitude and fantastic service. [name removed]and [name removed] our activity team is extremely caring, helpful, and kind. They are always doing activities with us residents and go above and beyond when needed. Our dining service is delicious. Chef [name removed] is always willing to help by making changes to the menu each month. The servers especially [name removed] give amazing service. I am very fortunate to have 1 bedroom apartment on the main level. My apartment is organized the exact way I like it. The housekeeping team comes once per week to clean my apartment and is always willing to go above and beyond. I am looking forward to the new changes that are going to be made here at the community. I am thankful for our new Executive Director [name removed] who is overseeing all of these positive changes.
