People are very friendly and I am very happy here.

The community was undergoing some renovations, but Tabitha my tour guide was very upbeat and positive about all the changes. She made me want to see the finished product for my family.

I'm sure every facility has their problems, but at this facility the staff is awesome. They work as a team to take care of the smallest needs of my Mom. The good prevails!

Clean, friendly, excellent staff

I like the atmosphere. The building is nice, warm, and comfortable. I like the people here. The employees are all polite, helpful, and always happy. Everyone always asks me if I am ok or if I need anything. They are always helpful. Since I moved here. I have been so happy. I have made friends.

I love the people here. They visit with me and make me feel comfortable. I'm not so lonely here like I was at home. The workers here are all very nice and helpful.

Friendly staff, beautiful place, good quality care

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Met some residents who seem very happy and content and had good things to say about their home. Impressed about their hair stylist! She's been on site for nearly 20 years! Residents are extremely happy and looked beautiful and well taken care of.

I'm so grateful for the staff at Pacifica Northridge. I can relax knowing that my mom is well cared for. The caregivers are attentive to her and are responsive to my questions, and requests. Cristina, the Executive Director is passionate about the care they provide to residents, and is very responsive to the families. Thank you Pacifica! !

Great facility! Wonderful care and the staff made the transitions easy. Lots of loving care. They helped with all the difficult decisions.

So thankful for the Pacifica for taking my Dad in on such short notice when we truly needed the extra help. All the staff is so friendly when we visit and in assisting is with our many phone questions. They are being so patient with my dad's many moods. And also accommodating with his difficult needs.

We were under a tight timeline to find a safe, professional, and pleasant environment for our father upon his discharge from the hospital. Rhonda was so attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate our tight schedule. We have spent the last three weeks getting everything ironed our and I am very pleased with how the staff at pacifica has worked with us and our difficult father. I am happy to say he is moving in a very positive direction thanks to the staff.

My father is 93 years old and after suffering numerous falls and the loss of his wife of 68 years, he was depressed and suffering agitation. 24 hr caregivers were not able to give him stimulation. We decided to check in to Pacifica Senior Living which specializes in "memory care" patients. He is now recovered. All of the staff from the food servers to the director of the kitchen are kind and caring. He smiles now and we feel he is in a safe, clean, caring environment.

Wonderful place for the residents. They have freedom to move around and pretty much have as much independence as they want. the employees are respectful and friendly.

I am clinical nursing profession and visit many geriatric facilities in the Fort Myers area. This facility continuously ranks in the top! Cottages are clean, well appointed, odor free, provide outstanding outdoor activities in addition to indoor. Staff is friendly, courteous, kind & compassionate. Clients are well fed, neat & clean, stimulated, socialized. If I need this type of care for a family members, I would most definitely choose Pacifica.

Was looking for a place for Dad & I called to get more info. The sales explained the process which was all new to me, very helpful. This is a lovely facility. The residents are well cared for and all are happy & comfortable. There are plenty of activities for the residents and the staff is involved and attentive.
