The Thanksgiving Day perfect was terrific. The turkey stuffing mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie were all delicious. The music during dinner was a delight. Thanks to everyone for their hard work.

The staff is amazing in addition to being competent and professional. Everyone that I have encountered genuinely seem to fully enjoy their work, caring for the residents with an upbeat positive attitude and a smile on their face. This was a great choice for my mother-in-law.

Had a lovely meal. Very good music (sat next to speaker), enjoyed it a lot. Likes having the schedules with the daily routines, along with having the ability to decide on whether to go or not.

Enjoyed food, enjoyed music, even though it was too loud. She really enjoys living here, everyone’s been really nice.

AWESOME PLACE FOR YOUR LOVED ONES.

Things seem to be going very well here. My Mother-in-law is treated like a queen. She seems to be adjusting quite well and is enjoying the activities and different things they have to offer. She goes to church and she’s been doing well with socializing. My family is pretty happy with how everything is going. She seems very alert and knows what she wants. Her appetite is good and she looks clean and healthy. The staff has been really great with her and they even have a nickname for her. They interact with her really well. Her roommate is a little quiet but they seem to be getting along. The staff always pays attention to her and what’s going on, she’s always dressed properly, and she just looks good overall. All I wanted was for her to be treated well, and they seem to be doing that. The facility is beautiful and kept clean. There are a few activities they do like going on trips to the park, there’s a library, there are puzzles, and they offer exercise as well. My sister is a nurse at another facility and she and all of her staff recommend this place to us. After seeing how they work and take care of my Mother-in-law, I would recommend them too.

Very nice. Need indoor hallways and 2 bedrooms, which were not available. Also wanted attached memory care. Really like the dining room.

They are all extremely nice, patient and caring. The whole place smells nice and normal. They do a great job cleaning weekly and taking out trash daily. They have a lot to offer in daily activities, but my mom has only participated in a few due to her own lack of cooperation.From the front desk staff, to the dining staff to the nursing staff, all excellent. They have a good variety of 1-2 daily specials at each meal, along with many other things to choose from if the specials aren't liked. As picky as my mom is about everything, she is very happy with the food. Overall things are going well. I think we could have been a little better oriented to the schedule and how things work there, we had to figure some things out by making mistakes. My mom can be a pill, but the staff remain kind and cheerful. We are happy to have my mom here.

This community is great for my grandpa. They staff is friendly and housekeeping is good so he doesn't have to worry about that. He is on the independent living side. It is on a month to month pay, he's comfortable with that. So the marketing person helped us get some caregivers and medication support. They have meals 3x a day, its good and if he wants a snack in between they always have stuff for them out. He loves sitting in the chairs in the front and in this sun room also. He absolutely loves all the activities they provide like the entertainment they bring in and they celebrate people's birthdays. He says that they always make it special there. I would recommend this community.

I toured this community of bungalows. It had nice grounds. There is a double gate to get in the community. So it is very secure, and very homey feeling. They had home cooked meals here and they let the residents bake cookies. Each bungalow has a kitchen in it. They really value the residents her it had shadow boxes outside of there rooms so they could put up momentums. It was just way to far for my sister and I.

After touring many communities I know I have finally found the right one. This community has the best of everything great staff, happy residents, delicious food and lots of thing for residents to do.

This is a very beautiful property. My husband and I were welcomed and shown around the facility. We are interested in Memory Care for our Aunt. The people there look so happy and were interacting with the staff and each other. The comfort level there is so amazing. I wish I would have known about this place long before now. Looking forward to our Aunt having a wonderful life here.

I feel comforted knowing that my mom is in a safe and loving environment. Also, I love that she can go out in the courtyard and take a stroll.

Love that the residents aren’t just mixed all in. Instead they are separated into different cottages depending on level of care this allows residents to make friends that are on a similar functioning level.

We could not be more pleased with the quality of care our mom has received at Pacifica. The staff is awesome, the room is homey. The food is amazing and the grounds are gorgeous.

You can tell the staff really care for the residents and that it is more than just a job. Also there is always something fun going on.

You are greeted by smiling staff who aim to make the process as simple and painless as possible. They truly care for their residents and strive to exceed expectations.

This community is great they really focus on the residents and how to best care for them. Here the residents are truly happy and at home.
