Of all the places we looked at this was the clear winner. Friendly staff, great set up with the houses, reasonably priced, great outdoors area.

This community is very friendly. #1 in customer service for everyone who they come in contact with. Their care is very personable for each individual that they help care for! Love them! Great Open House!

Community is well kept & clean. Staffs are accommodating, administrator, and the RCD are the best.

Based off looks alone, it looks very nice & the décor is very well done & updated. I would say it is dignified.

The staff is clearly the difference maker, which is the key to their success. The residents are in very good hands. The facilities are welcoming and when combined with the efforts of the staff, Pacifica Senior Living San Leandro is the place where you would want to include parents or self for the final chapters of life.

This is an excellent community for seniors and seniors who need assisted living. Both my mom and dad are residents. When we first visited Pacifica, we knew right away this facility/ community was perfect for them. The staff is very nice and always friendly. our family couldn't be happier that our parents are now residents here!

My visits here are always pleasant. Staff is helpful to residents. Location is clean and residents appear to be happy with assistance received.

The staff in combination with the very facilities make Pacifica Senior Living stand out as someplace special.

I brought my father here after staying in a facility that was over crowded and expensive. It was nothing short of a answer to prayer that they had a opening for him. The price was very fair and the staff and residence were kind and caring with a homey feel to the place. I only gave 3 stars for the activities because I think there could be more thought put into this area . Boredom can set in assisted living if the resident has limited mobility and some creative ideas to nurture this area could make the time pass easyier.

I am very happy. I love the park like atmosphere on the grounds and I feel very safe. The staff really cares o please you. There are plenty of activities. I also take advantage the their terrific hair stylist and manicurest.

We toured quite a few communities before settling on Atria. We could not be happier with this community and our Mom is so happy she can keep her dog and have an outdoor garden! We can not recommend Atria highly enough!!

My x husband whom I am still very close to really loves it there. They have lots of activities and the food is good and he says it is run very well!

Atria was not the largest facility however it was the perfect size for mom. She was only there 2 months before she passed but the caregivers there made her last days comfortable. They were so considerate and comforting knowing she was so ill and was dying. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Our family is so happy we contacted A Place for Mom. From the initial call we were taken care of and were able to find the perfect Senior community for our mom and dad within two weeks. They are at Pacifica San Leandro and mom and dad are loving their apartment! We utilized Elder Financial to fund their initial move in costs and also utilized a recommended realtor to assist in selling their house! We were amazed at all the assistance we received by way of referrals to assist us with my parents move from a 3 bedroom house to a senior/assisted living community. I can’t thank A Place for Mom enough for their caring advisor! The attendants, staff and residents at Pacifica are wonderful. It is comforting and has given our family peace of mind knowing our parents are being taken care of and we now have an even bigger family at Pacifica!

I really loved this place. The only problem is the room is on the 6th floor and [name removed] wants Ground level.

[Name removed] lived here for several (13 years). The staff at or through Pacifica has been the best! During [name removed]'s final days, the staff here and the Hospice care through Serenity were fantastic to me. I was very appreciative and thankful because I live in L.A. County. Thank you! [name removed] was one of [name removed]'s favorite people here over the years!

I have lived here since [date removed]. I love the staff, their care, consideration, and love they show to all the residents. They are very respectful and caring to me! And the food is great, and [name removed] is awesome!
