Staff, facility, and environment all of the highest caliber. Throughout the painful and often times chaotic process of remodel the staff maintained a peaceful and enthusiastic relationship with my father (94 yr old needing significant care). Very well done!!!

Come see amazing Pacifica for yourself. I have toured numerous retirement communities and Pacifica is my favorite! I couldn't believe the beautiful, artistic enhancements to retirement living that made it easily my first choice. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour directed by Executive Director [name removed]. She is professional and knowledgeable. My greatest impressions of this Mediterranean style resort are feelings of warmth and architectural originality. Pacifica is changing any misconceptions about assisted living and makes us aware of how fabulous retirement living can be. I didn't dare leave this resort before leaving a deposit with [name removed] and selecting my apartment. I still have that feeling of not only being warmly welcomed but also returning home to my new Pacifica family.

I recently toured this community and loved it for my mother. Everyone one was really nice, the rooms are spacious and private. They will even let her bring her cat! The walking area is large so she can get outside like she loves. I had the opportunity to talk to one of the other family members and they seemed to be very happy with everything. I am looking forward to moving my mother into Pacifica.

My mother has been living at Forest Trace since 2003. Since I am fortunate to live nearby, I visit her almost everyday. I find the staff to be kind, caring, and just wonderful (in every way). [Name removed] leads in a very effective manner... it all starts with the top. [Name removed] in the dining room. [Name removed] at the front always with smiles... putting residents first.

I was given a tour at this facility and fell in love. The community felt like a loving neighborhood. There is beautiful views whether it be the mountains or their beautiful green grounds. There are residents sitting at the gazebo mingling greeting you with warm smiles. I highly recommend this place.

Every time I come to this facility I am greeted with smiles. The staff will assist me in getting to see the residents I need while making sure my time here is comfortable also. I highly recommend this place if you're searching for a loved one.

I have lived at this facility for over 5 years now. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. The staff is extremely attentive and supportive. The Nursing Director is always on top of any requests or concerns that the residents may have. The bus driver is always accommodating to take me to doctor appointments or on a quick run to the bank or grocery store. There is vast amount of activities going on every day for us to participate in. You could never get bored here! I love taking my morning walks around the community, every time you turn a corner you get another beautiful view!

One of my dearest friends lives in this facility! I couldn't think of a better place for her. The caregivers make sure the residents stay engaged by attending the activities and proving one-on-one time with the residents to talk or just have a cup of coffee together! The management staff has been nothing by positive and comforting! She loves all of the amazing views that you get from every side living at this facility. She couldn't be happier and I couldn't be happier for her!!

Pacifica is greatly under consideration for our mom. I am just waiting to speak with my brother, who is out of the country. Since my mother is in good physical condition, her needs are limited and they have a lower pricing for that. Definitely in our budget. The place is only memory care with cottages with residents who have similar issues.
