Very friendly, informative manager and staff. Enjoyed the tour of property and rooms/facilities. They have an enjoyable-looking activities program & people are friendly there as we went along our tour, which is what I'm looking forward to. [Name removed] says they plan to re-do rooms a little at a time, altho they look just fine to me now, with plenty of options. Well kept grounds. I love the pond with ducks! Provided me with info on help/aid I could receive from Vet's Admin., much appreciated.

Compassionate Staff, Beautiful facility
What a beautiful facility, clean and well kept inside and out. My boyfriend and I live in Seattle Washington and visited the facility in November 2018. My boyfriend [Name removed], hosted a music hour for the residents. I found it wonderful that the staff (especially [Name removed]) requested we play music to bring joy to the residents who sand along, tapped their toes and engaged during the hour session. [Name removed] and the other staff members showed genuine care for the residents of Pacifica Senior Living Palm Springs. I was touched when I watched [Name removed] interact with the residents during the music hour. She was go gentle, patient and kind, with the elderly guests. That takes a special person to be compassionate in that way. i'm sure the resident's family members really appreciate the tenderness you provide their loved ones with at Pacifica Seniiolr Living Palm Springs.

Just wanted to say thank you for having such a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. Food was excellent and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Lot of new faces it seems including the E.D Our mom was very happy. She sure enjoyed her meal. The butternut squash soup was a hit with everyone! Complements to the chef. Very appropriate for the season. Well done.

Staff at Pacifica is great. We have had a wonderful experience with: [Name removed] (Resident Care Coordinator). She is quick, fast and always takes my calls and answers me back in a timely fashion. Always updating me on changes of any of my patients/clients. Great communication skills, great attitude, great one on one, etc...
