This place is very clean. People/staff are very professional and caring. They make you feel welcomed with a smile and war, greetings; especially acknowledge your needs. This was the 2nd place for my husband as the first was a horrendous mistake and nightmare. This place is so calm and reassuring! It allows the family to be able to move on knowing the family member is being cared for in the best possible way!

I have lived at Somerford Place of Northridge for over 2 years. The staff is very considerate, caring and attentive to our needs. We have several menu choices. The food is incredible! There are several daily activities. We go on at least two outings each week. I am grateful that Somerford is my home, and would recommend this community for your loved one.

I just visited my dear friend of 37 years that lives at Somerford. She had been raving about her care and how happy she is living there. I have even had trouble reaching her because she is busy having fun. She participates in every exercise, art, and social activity they organize. We came to see her and the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. We wanted to bring in our friends favorite Chinese food and they went our of their way to set up tables for us. I can't say enough good about this facility and its staff.

My dad has been living at Somerford Place of Northridge for a couple of years. They serve quality meals. He has made many friends and participates in most of the daily activities and weekly outings. The care he receives is outstanding. They even have a community dog! I would recommend Somerford Place if you are looking for a community for your family member.

Mom has been at Somerford Place of Northridge for 1 yr and loves it. She was hesitant about leaving her home, however within two weeks she had become an active member of the community. Caring staff and clean facility.

If there comes a time that you need to live in an assisted living community, it would be Somerford Place of Northridge. The care is phenomenal! The food is good and many entrees to choose from your medication is taken care of, regular check ups from doctors and a podiatrist even comes to visit once a month. I am so happy and fortunate to be an active member of Somerford place of Northridge. I'm truly blessed.

Everything and everyone there is profetional. My loved one started calling it his house.

Warm welcome as I came through the main door. I was greeted with a smile and given a tour of facility. [Name removed] was incredibly knowledgeable about the facility and offers. I was shown several units in my particular range of interest and if I had to make a decision today I would move my mother here today. Very impressive program! [Name removed] definitely went above and beyond. I am very grateful.

[Name removed] was very friendly and helpful finding the right apartment. Love the grounds and had a homey feel. All the staff were great to work with.

My wife and I met with [name removed], who was very nice and gave us a good tour of Atria. We also had lunch there. Based on my observations of the staff, the overall facility, and the meal, I was very impressed. Unfortunately, they do not have anyone on staff certified to give a daily insulin shot, so this may not work out for my Dad.

My mom was in their care for 6 years, and at first she was combative, but over time she adjusted well to her new home. I could not imagine a better place for her. The care takers at Pacifica were kind, patient and very professional.

Great place. Clean and beautiful rooms. Loved my tour guide - very knowledgeable and knows her stuff.

I looked at a lot of places for my mom. This was the best. My tour was amazing. My tour guide, [name removed] was very knowledgeable. I went home very impressed. I loved the studio model - very big, open with plenty of closet storage space.

I admire [name removed] for showing me all the rooms and around the building. She has helped me decide when and how my mother will be treated. She was a huge help to me and mother. She is an amazing help to me and gave me lots of informational help! Glad I came in and saw her.

[Name removed] took extra time and care to listen to me, understand the issues, spoke to M.D. Office, pharmacy and staff. Thank you for your patience, perseverance and awareness of the stress these issues cause residents....Thanks [name removed] you ROCK!!
